I have told this website to all my friends. It's a great place for quality electronics and hobby stuffs for a discounted price. I make sure to point out it's direct shipped from China (I assume) so if you want it immediately spend extra on shipping. If you go the cheaper route it will take a long time. I have order Christmas from them 3 years straight now and I've only had 1 disappointment, a capacitive mini-tablet. I will continue to order from them, and spread the word.

I ordered a product about 3 months ago, and never received it. They send the odd reply back and it's always from a ‘Lucy', and always the same wording in the letter. Saying that a tracking number will come soon and then it will be 3-5 weeks after that!? When ordering it said 3-5 DAYS. I have asked for a refund and not had any reply, then they message to say it's been shipped out. That was 6 weeks ago and I still have not received ANYTHING. Not even a reply, nothing. It's a huge SCAM! They are con artists. Stay away guys

Hello All,

I ordered for a tablet PC and USB keyboard on June 02,2013. They charged me AUD 120 but never shipped the commodities. When I followed up in the month of September 2013 they say that they shipped the items. In addition to that they are now asking USD 60 for reshipping. I already paid for the shipping cost. How many days will they survive by cheating innocent and humble customers? Is there no law to stop their illicit business? Please be careful.

Very unhappy with my purchase from ahappydeal. I ordered an oil diffuser from ebay for a Mothers's Day present and the product is in another country and has not shipped yet. I have never waited this long to receive a package. Very disappointing.

It was my very first time ordering from this website. The prices are awesome but I had ordered a phone and payed extra for fast shipping 11 days ago and was suppose to be a 3-5 day delivery and on top of that it didn't even ship out for 7 days. PLUS I had sent numerous of messages and I have not received one reply because I asked why it was taking so long. I am getting impatient.

It's OK. Not too bad, but not too good.
I bought four time this website.
First I bought a mobil phone. The display is broken, and I hat to fix it. Since then it works perfectly.
Second time I bought a tab. After two months of correspondence, I had a choice and another device, because the original was not in stock. Even after a month of correspondence posted to the device. Even as they have paid me $ 4 surcharge in.
The device is working, but I'm not satisfied with the administration.

I would not recommend this site.

My experience of having a phone shipped from them to Europe is beyond painful. The phone was listed as "in stock" on their website. After purchasing it and waiting 9 business days without any movement for payment processed, I contacted them.
The phone was "out of stock" but I was informed to wait while they restock.

The phone shipped in late October via Swisspost. Swisspost is a fairly reputable mail service and within 10 business days the tracking updates showed that the parcel was in transit after exiting three borders.

Due to the time of it being 28 business days and the duration for delivery should be 7 - 25 business days, I contacted them again asking for them to supply more information on the very delayed package. They replied with extremely evasive messages and suspiciously standardised wordings/scripts.
Swisspost informed me that yes, they could trace it with either a) extra details from the original sender or b) the sender actions the investigation with Swisspost themselves.
AHappydeal replied with a message suggesting I wait till 22 December "because it can take 7-25 business days" and so far have not helped me trace the package. They ignore my requests to initiate a simple International package investigation with Swisspost. Instead they only suggest to wait another month to see if it doesn't arrive.

I have no doubt in my mind that they will reply to this negative feedback with the same evasive and standardised blanket feedback they ooze.

Swisspost may or may not have lost/destroyed/delayed or held my package. They, however, like an international customer facing company should do, are willing to investigate and maintain their reputation and resolve the challenge.

AHappydeal should be ashamed.

I have been trying to get in touch with these people about my order, They have already took my money out of my credit-card. You can not get in touch with anyone, they said it should be here in 3 to 4 day, It was order on the 21st of this Month.No! Phone. How can I get my money back! This is my second order, the first order came on time, no problem, now I am worry about the second order, because look at the time. It is the 30 of the month, so where is it.

My item is still being processed and I haven't heard anything after sending them a question as to how long it would take to send my item. I purchase a phone from this company and did not receive any confirmation after payment was sent, several attempts were made to contact them, but i got no response needless to say i will be reporting this to paypal to get my money back.

I ordered three tablets from this site. They sent me one that is defective and in order to get a replacement, I have to pay. They will not refund shipping and in order to get a new one I have to pay the shipping to send it back. Not worth it. Horrible customer service. This is the THIRD issue I've had with this same order.
UPDATE:
I bought three tablets from this site. They are cheaply made pieces of junk. First of all, one of the tablets came broken and in order to get a replacement, they want me to pay. I already gave them their money, I'm not giving them anymore for their mistake. I have had numerous conversations with the company about the broken tablet. Very bad customer service. Second of all, now the other two tablets have stopped charging. Thirdly, the chargers barely fit into the tablets in the first place. After only a few weeks of use, the chargers started acting like they had shorts. Now they don't charge at all. I will not be shopping here again. Huge mistake and a waste of money.

First time customer I can't say I like it yet. I ordered a phone and I cant tract the order. The tracking number they emailed me isn't working. I need to know when my shipping coming because its a gift to my cousin. I contacted them and no response to my email yet. That s messed up. I see lots of people says nice about them I would love to be able to do so as well

I do like the deals they give everyone but the shipping has got to be the worst thing about ordering there. :/ Its okay if you dont mind the wait. (I paid for the fastest shipping possible. It's been 2 weeks)

I assume nobody cares that much about the web site; the other comments are actually reviewing the company. I ordered a Y9300+ android cell phone; the cost was $63.67 complete (that price includes shipping). I waited 25 days, then contacted customer service. They claimed the shipment was lost, and that they were sending another. It arrived about 3 weeks later. The phone looks great; camera, fm radio, email, browsing, and wifi all work. But I can not get it to recognize my SIM (yet) so can not make calls. Also, something is wrong with the contacts app; it does not allow configuration of a google account, so easy sync with your google contacts is not possible.

They promise to deliver goods within 15-30 days, but in reality, it takes twice as long - 54 days for LT, Eastern Europe. That's very disappointing. Goods received in good condition and as described. The quality seems to be equal to its price.

I ordered a HTM H10 Android 4.2 on Feb 18th. This is my first Smart Phone. I still do not have it and never got a shipping confirmation email. I went back to the website to look at my order and account. The site says it shipped on Feb 21 along with a tracking number that I had to pay $1.99 for, which seems ridiculous. Problem is I have no idea what company it is shipped through so how can I track the order. That seems like a waste. Why did I pay for a tracking number then? I wish I had visited
sitejabber.com before ordering from aHappyDeal. Now I worry I may end up with a defective product and that upsets me. I also noticed that for every bad review posted aHappyDeal gives the exact same response. That is disturbing and makes me think they really don't care about their customers. Granted they probably have several hundred orders to deal with but there has to be a better way to ensure they are better at solving problem orders. Is Lucy the only one answering all those concerns? She needs help. Seems to me you are understaffed and that affects your customer service and quality assurance. The tracking number I got is RR*******FJ. What carrier is that? How long should it take for orders to reach their destination? Come on guys... tell your customers up front that it's gonna take 6-weeks. Then give them the option of continuing with the order. If they do not want to wait, then let them cancel the order and go elsewhere. You hurt your business with every customer who receives less than your best service. Eventually with all that bad press on sites like this and social media sites like Facebook you will end up with no customers. Please do a better job communicating with your customers. Give them status updates on their orders or at least a way they can track them on their own. Don't charge for something that is ineffective. I WANT MY $1.99 BACK OR A SITE TO TRACK MY ORDER ON!

UPDATE
Finally got the order but it was not an unlocked phone as advertised and I had to fight with the company to return it and get my money back. I had to pay over $30 for return shipping BACK TO CHINA and I did not get reimbursed for that even though it was their error. BUYER BEWARE! If you buy from this vendor be prepared to get ripped off. It will end up costing you more money than original price. NEVER... NEVER... BUY ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY OUTSIDE OF USA. ESPECIALLY CHINA. They think all Americans are rich and can afford to be robbed.

Don't order a phone it took 4 mths to arrive I kept asking them where is it they said that its on it way and when I finally got it, it didn't work properly in Australia. So now im giving them a second chance to see how this one goes BUT these guys are the cheapest for there product that they sell.

I ordered two android phones. One quit working in less than a month without dropping it. It wouldn't work one morning. I had trouble getting the network to work here in the states. I have since ordered another phone domestically and it works fine. Their return policy is they will pay 20% for cost of repair or your pay the shipping to exchange they never got back to me on a refund and I asked multiple times. If you live is the States it's a risk you have to know about. I'm going to get the one repaired and then sell the two here instead of trying to get my money back. It's was a risky venture and I wouldn't recommend buying a phone unless you do your research on what frequency your carrier runs with. Just spend the extra money and buy a phone domestically.

Il mio primo ordine (uno smartphone) è arrivato dopo una ventina di giorni, nonostante abbia pagato la spedizione celere... fin'ora tutto bene. Ho fatto un secondo ordine per fare un regalo di compleanno a mio figlio, ordine n. D************** fatto in data 02 ottobre 2013 e dopo 10 giorni, risulta ancora in lavorazione.
Ho spedito varie mail, senza ricevere alcuna risposta. E questo mi fa dubitare sulla serietà dell'azienda a cui non farò nessun altro acquisto.
Entro mercoledì 15 10 2013 non mi danno il numero di spedizione, mi toccherà, mio malgrado, annullare l'ordine e chiedere la restituzione dei soldi a chi di dovuto.
A volte, non tutti i mali vengono per nuocere, ne stavo ordinando una decina per parenti ed amici, dopo che hanno visto il primo telefono acquistato, ma penso proprio che ci rivolgeremo ad altri siti piu' seri e più veloci.
CON QUESTI METODI, NON SI VA DA NESSUNA PARTE,... è UN CONSIGLIO PER L'AZIENDA, SE APPREZZATO.

Take your worst customer experience in the US - multiply it by 10 and you have aHappyDeal. Not so much because they are rude or a scam - I think they just do not know what the heck they are doing. Orders placed that say Shipped in 24 Hrs take 3 weeks and counting. Replies for questions do get responded but come back with 1 of 3 stock answers - 1. Testing 2. QC 3. Be Patient. To be fair - I did cancel an order because it was taking too long due to testing and QC and I was tired of being patient and my money was refunded to Pay Pal maybe 3 hours after I cancelled the order. So good news there. If you are expecting an Amazon or Walmart shopping experience - this is not going to be it.

"I'm somewhat hesitant with a happy deal. I've had good and bad experienced with a happy deal. The first order I placed with them still in process of resolving that and it was back in Nov when we ordered a tablet. The tablet was received in a timely manner but we have had on going problems with the tablet and has sent it back once and now need to send the replacement back as well. They are trying to make a deal with us to send it back but the cost is very high for us to send it back a second time in order to receive a refund so needless to say I'm out of over a 100.00 I have also order watches from them to re-sell and I must say all of the watch products that I have ordered have been great with the exception of one which was shipped to me broken in pieces and thrown into the box. I sent an e-mail with photos attached about this problem and was told to send it back to china. Well it would cost me more to send it back for a replacement so again I had to eat that cost as well and have not been compensated for it.
I'm very hesitant to shop here again even though the prices are low you know the old saying "you get what you pay for" So far the good things I have purchased did not out weigh the bad things I have received."

I'm a returning customer, first I ordered a 7" all winner tablet took about 12 to reach the us, fair price 52$ with shipping, so I read reviews and against my better judgement, begged my wife to let me order a 7" Soulycin phone tablet, for 69$ + shipping 80$ with bonus points of 4$ okay not a bad deal, this order was placed 4/19/2014, this is 5/3/2014, still haven't arrived at my residence, ill be surprised if I ever get it, I ordered from another website, same phone tablet for 11$ less with free shipping and it has already arrived, I'm not at all happy with a happy deal. I have since received 5/5/2014, took about 16 days, I'm a happy camper now even though no android phone charger enclosed.
