I work for United Airlines Maintenance Dept in Houston Texas and was Looking for a Rare Coupling for One of Our Air-Crafts and I Google just the Part Number I needed and Aerobase Group came up, I Sent in a Request thru-their website and the same Day I got a Response and it was from one of Aerobase Group Reps Named Toni Feliciano, Offering to Help me out, after Emailing her back in forth I finnaly called her and she was Super! Very Knowledgeable on what I needed and giving me all the Help I needed including the Part We needed, Thanks Toni for Being there, because of you United will being doing future Business with Aerobase Group!
I worked with Toni Feliciano while trying to find a part for an Accutemp. She not located the much needed part, but had it to our school in a very timely manner! Excellent!
Started quoting/buying parts for old retired USCG ships in April. I was lucky that Toni Feliciano was the person who worked my first quote from Aerobase. Since then we have received around 25 quotes and placed 8-10 orders with Toni. I have requested hundreds of quotes since April and there is no one i would rather work with other than Toni! Working with Toni brightens my day & her response time is by far the best. She continually keeps me up to date on any requests and guides me through the steps of ordering/paying to ensure we get our parts in the most efficient, expeditious manner.
Bad company to do business with. Aerobase provides fraudulent parts and documentation. We have tried to work out this issue, they will not respond. Going to legal and the DOD.
We have a flight training school, and found them a few years ago. We've used them ever since. Service is excellent!
I found aerobase group a few years ago, and have used them since. I provide them a list of parts that I need at my shop, and they go and source them for me. I can tell they add 10-12 percent margin onto the prices, but it is very worth it for me. I send them one list, I create one order, I pay one vendor, and I get one shipment. I feel like I save money in the long run.
I was asked by AeroBase to leave feedback on my experience with them, so here goes. I'm enlisted in the US military, and am responsible for maintaining several aircraft. When the DLA is taking to long to obtain needed parts or material, I contact AeroBase to fulfill my needs. They usually come through on my most items. Every now and then they are unable to get the items required. My sales rep is very apologetic if this happens. I will use they as long as the service stays above the rest out there.
Needed some replacement parts for an old Bell Helicopter, and they were all available and priced reasonable for such old legacy items. Other people try to rip you off for Bell 212 parts.
Clean, organized, and well put together website. It's easy to read and easy to find schedule b or hazmat information when I need it. The site is very fast when searching for parts, and never lags. Five stars for this site.
I've read review after review about aerobase, and finally felt comfortable on making my purchase. I'm glad I did so because everyone else was right. Great group of people to deal with, and my items came packaged very well. It's nice they provide the paperwork, return policy, advertisement, pens, keychain, and notepads with all the orders I've placed.
AeroBase site is the best aviation site out there. I can cross parts to nsn's, I can search by the platform of aircraft I'm working on, and they answer your phone calls when I call.
I read the previous comment, and just had to leave my experience. I love dealing with aerobase when I can, they quote super fast, and will work on the price if I need it to be lowered a little.
Through an RFQ process, Aerobase contacted me about a part-which they (Starleigh) claimed was in stock and had a "fresh tag" (i. E. certified recently). She requested that funds be wired and that the lead time will be 7-10 days. A few days after being sold the part, Starleigh contacted me to let me know that the tag was 2004 and in order to get an updated tag, it had to be sent to a shop in Canada. We asked how long it would take. She never got back to us. After speaking with her manager Corey, 11 business days after placing the order, he explained that the part was not assembled, and that Aerobase could not honor the sale. This is 11 business days AFTER placing the order, and telling our end buyer that the product was being recertified--as it was initially explained to us. After explaining to Corey that our end buyer was waiting w/ an AOG, he said that he could not find the part, we found the part in Canada (at a higher cost) but Aerobase was unwilling to sustain the loss, even though errors on their part, both from office and warehouse workers, was blatant. We requested to speak to a manager, but just received a voicemail that a refund check was issued (note, he did not offer to refund the wire transfer fee or to wire the funds, which was the way they received it--who knows when it will get here). I would not recommend Aerobase, and will be filing complaints w/ the BBB and other organizations so that customers are more aware of their gross misconduct, dishonesty, and unwillingness to provide quality customer service and satisfaction, when they are 100% at fault.

Answer: Hello Jim, Great question. I would submit through our website, and one of our dedicated account managers can look that information up, and send you want you require. I'd recommend sending them some part numbers of the existing rotor for your revision H-1. https://aerobasegroup.com/contact
