Darren Rodney promised to replace a piece that I DID NOT receive. After several conversations and e mails he reniged on promise and said team said I must order and pay for a minimum of 10 pieces with no price break. When asked to speak to a manager ghe said he was the manager. I asked to speak to his super visor and he said he has none. I asked for the owner and he said there was not an owner hes the guy.

I am from Kerryton Enterprises, India. We purchased the part from this company and the contact person was Victoria. We ordered the 4 units but told them first to send 3 units and after the client confirmation we will take the fourth one but they sent the fourth unit without approval and after the client rejection they denied to take back even the last unit that they sent without approval.
My father works on the airfield and he is fond of repairing various small planes, which are used predominantly for irrigation of fields. He was so busy that he had to ask me to find some parts for the particular model of the plane. I understood that I had no idea what to buy and where to buy. I started to search for these parts in the internet and accidentally met this website. Here I found everything I needed and I contacted customer support in order to find how to make an order. They explained me everything politely and actually the parts have already come to me.
Company will not accept any returns when you order parts from them. If you have an issue, you are stuck. They will take your money and not offer any solutions, other than "sorry". Too bad if you ordered the wrong thing. It is truly shameful.
I am a procurement specialist that often receives requests for specialty items that are not normally available for purchase. I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Amanda Knight on several items that I have had difficulty obtaining from our normal sources. She is always very helpful and even if she can't provide something to us, she will get me in touch with the people I need to talk to.

The account managers I've worked with at Aerobase have been very good at their jobs. They find the parts I need, they're very friendly, and they get back to me quickly if I have a question. Along with being on time with delivery, what else can you ask for? Plus, they really do find parts that I haven't been able to find other places(aviation related adhesives and compounds especially). It's a pleasure working with them over the years.
I've been working with Amanda for about 2 years and she's continuously given me fast replies and great service. The parts I request aren't easy to get at times, and she almost always has them. Great follow through on orders and just a super great experience! I'll keep using Amanda and the company as my go-to parts supplier!
