Good Service, and more often than not, just what you are looking for!

As the Walmart Mega-store invaded the borders of our city, everyone panicked. Now after it has been here for a few years, they were only half right - there was damage done, but there were many jobs created. It is not the cleanest store anymore, but good for finding what you need.

We we set up our home office, TigerDirect was our go-to-place! They have some great refurbished deals, and many of the sales beat other online tech stores for deals.

Had to order a few things to work on our house, and decided to try the online web-store before the local brick and mortar shop a town over. Well, delivery was about the same, but I was able to call 1-800-HOME-DEPOT and get someone much faster than the last time I was in the store. Not the worst customer service, not the best.

Let me start by saying they are not the only provider in town, but they are the only ones that have the speed in services that we need. Internet speeds are good - cable TV, with here and there issues, but it is the cost that lowers them to 3 stars. The cost for the services is the average price to pay for a 3 bedroom mortgage here. It is a bit outrageous to think that what they offer with very bad customer service, not to mention billing you a month in advance for the services. If you have a lower cost provider, and don't need the speeds we do here, then I would say give them a try first.

OK, so we get StraightTalk phones fo our office, most times they work great, but when they don't... they don't and there is no help. Or the help is so basic you are better off searching the vastness of the internet to find your answers. That being said, it is a good deal IF you do not depend on your phones for business.

Norton Safe Web is a new reputation service from Symantec. Their servers analyze Web sites to see how they will affect you and your computer. Also, using the Norton Toolbar installed on your PC, they let you know how safe a particular Web site might be before you view it. If you need to find out more about how a Web site might behave, they provide more detailed information on Norton Safe Web. I have used this service for many years, and it works.
