It seems Aeria Games is only good at one thing: Buying the rights to some shady unknown Free 2 Play MMORPG games, make some advertising for a bit, then let the game die while they take your MONEY through Cash $hop micro transactions.
It happened with Shin Megami Tensei IMAGINE Online. It was a decent game, but lacked advertising and updates. They only were good at taking the money from the cash shop, let the game die without giving a flying fµck and then sold / revoke the rights to ATLUS (who then let it go to Marvelous USA short time before the server got shutdown)...

First, when i play a game it always crash... Everyday s4 league is being down... I have an aco$#*! also that I have spended 1,5k hours of playing and about 200$... For no reason they banned my account... When I sent a ticket to ask why they banned me, They banned the account where I sended a mail... So not only they are big fools... But they stealed my money and banned me for no reason. Conclusion they are worst then Nexon
Staff doesn't listen to the community and the whole company/website is just horribly managed. Aeriagames doesn't care about anything but profit.
I got ripped of by aeria games, playing kingsroad. They never admit their mistakes and never compensate for game bugs. In my case KINGSROAD caused valuable items to dissapear after working a month to get them. They dont answer mails for a month [they send some premade answers without reading your mail and put you on wait for weeks because they are "investigating"] then they claim its customer's fault. Then my mail is blocked. I heard the same story from many people in my alliance but now it happened to me too. THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE ENEMIES!

I'm here to report an injustice that occurred while playing one of the games for a company called Aeria Gaming.
I hope that I will get some support from you guys because I do not know what else to do about this.
I had purchased so many in-game items that the company promised that I get full time for my characters. The items/previliges were bought on April but after a server merge sometime between then and now the items were thrown away down the drain. The cost of the items were about $200-400, I'm not exactly sure how much since it has been awhile since I bought them.

The "small compensation" they're talking about is just a few consumables that last for a short time. Again, I spent so much money on those items that I bought and yet they give me something that I did not agree on. I tried to explain that I can not settle for this (with some harsh words, please understand my frustration at the moment)and they kept sending the same thing over and over.

How can you expect that I will play more of these games after such incident is beyond my understanding. The best thing I can do at the moment is spread this news for gamers everywhere to make them pay.
I agree with Alex. I used to be majorly addicted to Last Chaos. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on this game. I played off and on for several years. Finally back in 2011 I started taking summer classes and got so busy I didn't have time to play. 2 years later I wanted to play again. I had a LOT of credit/AP saved up in my account because I knew I'd be back. But it turns out, they deleted my account. I will never play an Aeria game again now. So just beware, if you want the most out of their games you'll have to either play 24/7 or spend LOTS of money.
NEVER REGISTER, PLAY, DOWNLOAD, GET, ANY GAMES FROM THEM OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM, EVER.

This company sucks, their support system does not exist. You open a ticket or send them an email, you never get a reply, no matter how serious is the issue.
In fact, weeks ago my account on them was hacked, someone gained access to it, changed my password, changed my email, and so I wasn't even able to get it back. So I sent them few tickets about it, never got a reply, meanwhile the hacker is still enjoying my account, deleting my characters, deleting my items, trading my items. An account on which I SPENT REAL MONEYS about $900 on it.
Obviously i'm now trying to chargeback all my moneys and they even try to dispute the chargeback, so they have time to dispute chargebacks but never have time to reply tickets and mails? That's insane.
This company only cares about moneys, they don't care about their own players, customers, if you ever get an issue you're screwed, cause they will never help you, they will never reply any tickets, any emails, nothing.
I have never seen a worse company than this one, and I have dealt with many in my experiences.
Take this as a warning: STAY AWAY FROM AERIAGAMES or be prepared to get scammed and be very disappointed.
Aeria Games is a bad company as they do not care for their loyal players. The only thing aeria cares about, is their pay check. Their support team is hard to get in touch with, and I feel as if they do not "like" you, they will not reply to you, or they will, but they will put you off.
They also don't care about their closed beta testers, I'll explain why, but first let me ask you a question. Say you are, or we're interested in, Scarlet Blade's Closed Beta? You jumped in, claimed the character you loved to have for a name and went on playing the game enjoying yourself. You pay for a founders pack and show your support to Aeria games when all of a sudden, here comes Open Beta. Already, now your character gets swiped, your data gets lost, and nothing is left. That's all fine, because its launch for open beta. So you go back on and all of a sudden, You can't make your character.
That's right, your name was stolen by an open beta tester because aeria games will not let you save your OWN name. Most gaming communities allow you to reserve your name for the open beta, but not aeria. So someone who spent money on closed beta and played closed beta, you would think you can go on the support team and try to settle things to get your name back right? Wrong. Contacting support will only tell you that "sorry, it's on a first come first serve basis, your character name is already taken by another player and is unfair to them if we take it away." What about that money you paid? And that closed beta test you did? Don't you think you deserve to at least keep your name? Wrong. Aeria games will not let you keep it and they do not care.
Aeria Games wants one thing and one thing only, your money, so if you want crap support, and play a community who just wants you to throw your money at them for CRAPPY founder packs that give maybe 2 permanent items that you will use maybe once in your entire game play, then be my guest, but you wont be satisfied.
Only changes they do is to get money off you. How can you pay for items when you cant even log in most of the times? ONLINE THEFT
Aeria Games is known for it's terrible customer service. I've been playing games with the company for 5 years and when it comes to real money lost, they are always hesitant to return anything and make every excuse that they can to avoid paying you back what you have lost.
The latest scam that they have done against me personally is ban me for absolutely no reason. They chain banned my accounts with $300 UNUSED dollars on my account. They claim I did something on the forums that clearly someone else did (had they checked the IPs) and I was banned on a guilty-by-association basis. I have contacted BBB after being my appeal being ignored for 2 weeks, and AGE replied promptly to BBB saying they would work with me to resolve the issue. That was a week ago and 2 more ignored contact us's later.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. They can ban you at any time without reason WITH your real life money on your account and then refuse to unban you due to Section 8 of their TOS. Basically, it is just a wormhole for fraud, allowing them to scam you.
