I got ripped of by aeria games, playing kingsroad. They never admit their mistakes and never compensate for game bugs. In my case KINGSROAD caused valuable items to dissapear after working a month to get them. They dont answer mails for a month [they send some premade answers without reading your mail and put you on wait for weeks because they are "investigating"] then they claim its customer's fault. Then my mail is blocked. I heard the same story from many people in my alliance but now it happened to me too. THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE ENEMIES!
