The wedsite was quick and easy to work with.

Just got order on time have not installed product yet

Customer service is nonexistent, no phone numbers to contact anyone and when I filled out my service ticket, three days after delivery, they finally replied; not our problem contact the manufacture. Did not even provide contact information. You should only do business with these people if you can afford to lose your money.

The website was not very clear on the features of the watch. It has three buttons. One to set time. The other two must be for decoration as they do nothing.

First-time shopper at this site, and the ease of use is very good.

Paid a fair price for the product and shipping costs were not unreasonable.

Your chat session took long to respond and the agent was not helpful at all. Also the preparation for shipping damaged the compression gasket. And hopeful you will have it replaced.

Quick and easy

Just what we wanted great product easy to install.

Found what I was looking for and placed order very quickly.

My only complaint is that the packaging was not great for the products ordered. The box arrived with holes in it due to the motor moving around inside the box. Fortunately, nothing was damaged but it should've been packed with something to keep the motor in place.

Item arrived in excellent condition and in a timely manner.
