Performance, product and services were as advertised. Their shipping process is less efficient than Amazon, but was still acceptable.
Though I paid for 2 day shipment, I was surprised to learn it could take up to a week to ship.
It did ship in only a few days, so no harm.

Adventure Rv had all the parts needed for my Coleman basement ac at a fair price with quick shipping, what is not to like.
The controller boards I ordered work and are satisfactory. However, they did NOT solve my issue.
