Would like to find the ac unit that works with this unit. No success. Package arrived very timely, but was brought in upside down. Delivery driver was worried about packaging. One line of tape on bottom. Lots of tape on top. Door was heavily damaged. As was some of the rest of the outer housing. Was easy to install, and works as it should.

Easy to use website, very good prices,now if i get my order in a few days I will be very happy,and certainly will order again..

Easy to use

Finding my correct part was a bit of a hassle on this site. It was outrageous that I had to wait ten days for the part to arrive when it shipped from literally the next town over.

Problem free. Very user friendly.

Ordering my part needed was very easy, or so I thought. After receiving it and found it was not an exact fit and color was off, I had different thoughts. Being a jack of all trades, I am going to make it work. Shipping was more expensive than the part, so I'm keeping it.

Website was very cumbersome. Opened a ticket because I did not receive confirmation that the order had been received. No one contacted me regarding the order or ticket. The order just showed up one day. Had not installed part yet, so do not know if it is the correct part.
