Received product as specified and fast delivery. It would have been nice to have an order confirmation and tracking. However all is well.
After receiving the new antenna, I realized my antenna had already been upgraded.
Too my satisfaction so far.
Was able to quickly find the exact part I need to repair the expensive MaxxFan. The new operator part came with instructions on how to replace it by unfastening the top's hinge and removing a handful of screws. I wish these instructions had been available sooner. They are not even on the manufacturer's website. I ended up uninstalling and disassembling the entire unit. It did need a thorough cleaning anyway. I can't believe we put up with the top repeatedly trying to open the last inch for so long. This inexpensive part made it good as new.

Tried all day yesterday to place this order. Our furnace failed and it is cold outside! It would never go through. No instructions appeared as to what was wrong. The chat window didn't open and I sent a query and got a response this morning saying "try again". Tried to call and only got "go to the website', problem is the website.You need a phone that is answered!
The following day, the order went right through. But since it was then a day later, I had to pay for expedited handling and 3 days shipping so we could get it and get it installed ASAP.
Easy ordering process. Part was shipped timely, exactly what was needed to fix the heater.
Simple process to order. That's all I've done so far. Ask me again once I receive my order. A Gas Piloted 6 Gallon Water Heater. I received my order in 3 days. (Very Fast) Everything seems to be in order. I am very pleased. I haven't installed the water heater yet. I still have some plumbing issues to take care of first.
It was inconvenient not speaking directly with someone, not entirely sure I ordered the correct item.
