Even if we provided them with original valid documents their admins will still poorly asked of us of it. Come on, read what we uploaded. Just because you have poor education, why we must suffers from it?
This service is a joke. My hosting provider using it for some reason and everytime i pay via advcash i have problems.
They gave 15 mins for BTC TX to be confirmed. Sometimes btc is slow and it takes much more. Today i sent my tx again with high fee (around 10$), and get first confirm after 13 mins (i have all screenshot and profs), but advcash still saying time is over. This is prank. I lose $ and time using this ugly service. When they do moneyback they cut % from a fee. This service is scam. I hope no one will use it in future and advcash get closed asap (ill go to church and pray for that)
This is about a crypto payment to our merchant via our payment gateway tool, made by a customer who does not have an Advcash account. According to the information in our system, it took the crypto payment more than 15 minutes to get its first blockchain confirmation. For a payment to be processed automatically, the first confirmation must take place within 15 minutes. Upon manual review, the payment was eventually processed and the merchant received the funds (even before the multiple reviews). As long as the payment was processed without any extra charges, frankly we do not see the point of you praying for our closure. As for your other claims, there is no point for us in artificially declining incoming crypto payments, this only increases support load and costs and decreases the bottom line. It is in our best interest to process as many incoming payments as possible, not decline them. The fees charged for refunded crypto payments are crypto network fees. They are not charged by us and we do not keep any of the funds. The same 15-minute window is used by major crypto payment providers like Bitpay etc. We apologize for this minor technical hiccup and promise that we will review our processing mechanisms to see what can be improved. I tried to get my account verified through their systems, for which followed the guidelines of providing a passport (United Kingdom - a supported country) and documents. This is their response through email:

Warning they have blocked my account and I can't access my money! Just imagine why are they still doing business when all they do is complicate verification and then block clients? Attached is my proofs photos:
Your account was terminated for submitting forged verification documents. There are no funds in it currently, you fully withdrew everything this morning. The current account balance is $0 and the claims you made in your review are not true. You would not have been able to make a screenshot of your non-zero balance after the block, the screenshot was taken before that to support the false claims that you unfortunately made. Sorry, but we have zero tolerance towards fraud and forgery on the platform.
Dont use it they block you without any reason and if you asked them why i am blocked they dont answer. Your money is not in safe hands kindly dont use adv cash they are scammers and use your data somewhere else. They told you to raise a ticket but how can you raise ticket when you no access to your account and also guide you to email on *******@advcash.com but no response will even a month goes on an on.

I wanted to use Advcash for the Binance account loading. So I tried to register on Advcash. They asked to verify my identity which was a standard procedure. However, after sending them my passport photo, verification suddenly failed. I texted to support service where people told me that some Anthony V.
Compliance Specialist told me that "We are not able to provide our system's features for you. That's a final decision and cannot be reviewed."
I asked about the reason and didn't receive a reply.
So I decided to check my account and it was blocked!
I don't see any logic here and I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND using this service.

I am not used to writing reviews, but i was moved to do so because of the number of bad reviews i saw here from numerous people. Advcash is a very good platform and opening account on the platform is pretty simple. The feature i love so much is the connection with binance that allows you to buy crypto without any charges.
You will enjoy their service if you are not scammy in nature, i am thinking of connecting it to my website for payment since my country no longer allows us to deposit money with our cards.
And they support will always tell you what the problem is.

I've been on Advcash for 10 months now and have moved 20,000€ to Binance with no problems.
I also have some USDC on Advcash earning 8% interest via Nexos.
So up to now it's been pretty good.

It is not about safety of any money, you did not have any money in the account. During your one brief contact in our support chat our operator was not rude at all. Last year was my first time when I deposited 1000 € from my bank account to Advash account and it was resolved the same day. This week (three bussines days ago) I deposited 5000 € from my bank account and I still have not received the funds in Advash account. Yesterday I opened ticket (ID *******), send CONFIRMATION OF EXECUTED PAYMENT and I told them I urgently needed a transfer, but without any answer so far. I'm already very nervous about where my money is, because I read some forums. In the chat they only tell "As you have created the ticket, please wait for the response in it, this issue can be resolved only via ticket. All tickets are processed in the chronological order." And when you ask how many time they need their answer is " It depends on the load of requests of the department. Unfortunately, I can not provide the estimated time of the response to be given."
I read somewhere that there has been no answer for weeks.
I really hope that the matter will be resolved successfully.
