Ordered item. Never recieved it. Recieved Email asking for more money so that they could finish sending product. Product was already paid for. Sounds like scam to me.
I did transpose my address and they fixed it for me. But they got one of the birth stones wrong but all and all good my wife loved her mother's day gift minus the wrong birth stone
Second time I've tried to order the same item. Trying to get real and accurate tracking is awful. Didn't get the first order. Maybe I will get the second order.
Have not received item. A personal necklace. Ordered Dec 2 and paid thru pay pal. No one communicates from company. Think we were scammed. Very disappointed.
I ordered a personalized framed 25th Anniversary picture that arrived broken. I notified Adorlla & sent pictures. Customer service was unbelievably poor in resolving the issue. After a few days they responded and said they would give me 10% of the purchase price back! After more rigamarole, they said they would redo the frame that was broken beyond repair and ship it out to me asap. I placed this order April 5th and just today, June 8th got the replacement frame Broken Again. The anniversary has come and gone by & what I'd hoped would be a special gift is STILL BROKEN. I would rate them lower than 1 star but that option isn't available. Don't waste your time and money buying anything framed/artwork from them. Both times the product came inadequately packaged resulting in the breakage. It was put in a plastic lightly bubble wrapped envelope inside of a regular vinyl envelope. I brought this up to customer service but they blamed the damage on the shipper and originally told me I'd have to file a claim with the shipper to get any satisfaction. Needless to say I'm a very Disappointed and Dissatisfied customer. I normally don't write nasty reviews but after over 2 months of dealing with this and still having a broken product, I felt others should be warned.
I placed my order on April 30th and still have not received it. The company is no help. I am still waiting for someone to refund my money since it has not come.
I ordered a piece that was supposed to project a picture. I ordered the first but got no confirmation so i ordered a second one, just seconds apart. The first one took weeks to get to me and im still waiting on the second one, that was the end of february. The one i finally got broke the same day, so i emailed the company, not only do they not want to give me a full refund, they offered first to reship, then offered a 20% coupon on my next order, and then wanted to offer just an 80% refund. I have been furious over all this, i have spent over $100 and they dont want to refund ANY of it, then sent me a tracking number on a new one. What part of "I dont want anything but a full refund on both items" do they not understand. I have told all my family and friends, and emailed the BBB to complain about this. I just want my 101.76 back from them. I have a whole long correspondence where i repeatedly state i want a full refund on both items. I dont even give them any stars but to put this out there i had to give something. 0 stars im furious
Don't order anything from this site, EVER! I saw an ad on Facebook for this cute personalized flower pots and thought it would be a great gift for my mom for Mother's Day. I was aware that the pot probably wouldn't arrive before Mother day as I did order 2 weeks before and personalized items tend to take longer. Fast forward 5 weeks later and my mom FINALLY received her pot but it was completely damaged. She could hear the rattle of the broken pieces when she lived the box off the door step. She sent me pictures of the packaging and the broken pot, and I immediately messaged the customer service at Adorlla attaching the pictures and my purchase confirmation. The response I got left me baffled. The service representative told me they were sorry and offered me 20% of my purchase as a refund! THIS IS ABSURD! What disrespect this company has for their customers. This pot cost me over $50 and they want to refund me a mere 20% of that for a pot that arrived broken and almost an entire month AFTER Mother's Day as passed? Shame on them! Please, don't let anyone buy from this company, they are a scam!
Ordering was easy but did not receive my order. But they charged my credit card. Tried checking status online but couldn't because I never received email with my order number.
I have a history of dozens of emails between me and Adorlla company. I even paid extra for VIP service. They never sent the item although they sent me some made-up tracking number. The product never arrived even though it first said it was delivered. Then it said it was returned to sender. Then they said they would send it again and I asked to please send via a real shipping company such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc. and they refused. So they "sent" a second time and again it never arrived and again they said it was sent back to them. I said this is ridiculous, it was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife and she never received it. They said they will send again. I said you can only send again if you take a photo of the item so I know it was actually created and ship it via a reliable shipping company. They said they can't take a picture and now they sent it again through the same FAKE shipping company. I told them I want a refund and they refuse to refund me. I have never had such a horrible experience. Thankfully I have everything documented.
I got my rings JUST in time for Christmas. When I received them, I was very disappointed on how small the flowers and trees were. I had to describe what they were to the people I gave them to.
I ordered 2 picture frames that were to be for memories of my 2 boys from birth then kindergarten through high school graduation. I paid $261.70 for them. I ordered them December 7th, I didn't receive them until January 13th, So, it's a custom item, and the holiday season, so I let it slide. What I got was 2 picture frames made of really cheap material, they used double face tape to hold some of the stuff together. They were so warped they wouldn't lay flat on the wall. The names fell off of both frames. All four corners on both frames were chipped because they used that fake wood paper over the cheap base wood, and they were literally falling apart, there was a stack of 3 super thin pieces of wood held together by this tiny staple. I tried to send them back because they have a 60 day return policy, and in return they offered me 20% of what I paid back. I said no I want to send them back for a full refund, warned them I would dispute the credit charge and report them to the BBB, they came back with a 30% refund offer, and 35% off coupon for my next purchase at their store. I told no, I won't accept that and reported them. Don't buy anything from them.
