I bought a platter from them for Christmas and paid for faster shipping. It didn't get her in time so I reached out to them. They explained they had been busier than expected. I do try to be understanding. When it got here late January… they had repeated one of the names on the platter and left one off.
My first thought was, maybe I put it in wrong originally. I went and checked on my receipt from them. Nope. I had it right!
I sent them an email. They said they needed a picture, so I sent it to them.
Weeks later they say they are sorry for the inconvenience, they will send me a 20% refund.
No. I need a new platter with all of their names on it. Or I need a full refund. I can't gift this to a grandmother with one kids name on there twice and one completely missing! That completely defeats the purpose!
After me telling them I would not accept that, I have not heard back from them.
Please don't order from them!
(It's also not near as nice in person as it is In photos. I wouldn't write a bad review for that, but I wouldn't recommend ordering this specific product… but that part is just personal opinion!)
I ordered a travel map of the U.S for my anniversary with our names engraved. They sent me a map in the wrong color (the UGLIEST COLOR EVER) and forgot to send the pins with it. I emailed asking for a refund. They tried to offer me 20% back on it which is a rip off. I said I wanted a full refund and they said ONLY IF I PAY FOR THE SHIPPING RETURN ON AN ITEM THAT THEY SENT OUT THAT IS THE WRONG COLOR. AND FORGOT THE PINS. HECK no! They made the mistake, NOT ME! I AM NOT PAYING FOR THEIR MISTAKE! So I disputed the charge on my credit card. F THEM.
This item came quick & the quality is amazing for the price of a custom necklace. The seller was easy to get in touch with and my item is exactly what I wanted.
Ordered a bracelet on June 7th for Father's day with shipping of 3-5 days. No problem right? Here I sit, June 28th and it FINALLY says it's "ready" to ship. Hasn't actually shipped yet!
To be fair, AFTER I ordered I got an email saying they started and it could take up to 10 business days for personalization THEN add on the shipping time. If I would have been aware of that I NEVER EVER would have ordered.
I am in love and wish I had something as cute and unique as this to wear beforehand. This will make great gifts in the future too. Thank you for this amazing necklace. I will be wearing it often!
What a joke. They say that they start immediately on the personalization and then you pay extra to get it in 4 days. A week later they tell you that it take 15 days to personalize it and then it ships. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE IN BOLD PRINT, NOT FINE PRINT. You would think that you'd receive your gift on time when you order it 10 days before mothers day.
Very easy to use site. My wife was excited to receive the necklace! I did send one email to check status as it was a gift for her and they responded quickly. It's very pretty and she loves it!

Just a bad experience where to start. Never received tracking info and when asked about it was sent one in Chinese, also received really late. I received a damage item also. I do not recommend
I didn't receive the purchase in time for Mother's day. And the name of my second child is wrong. It isn't a little mistake: they completely change the name! But the gift is very cute.

I ordered a bracelet and never received a tracking number, never received the item. I emailed them 3 times received the same email from them 3 times about how long it takes!
Sorry i have not good experience because i have not received my order yet my order was one month ago i'm ashamed my order now event is finished and they did not return my money
The bracelet I ordered for my son in law is beautiful! I can't wait to see him open it up for Christmas! It is very well made and the personalized beads are just what I wanted!
I don't write reviews as a rule. But my experience with this company has prompted me to break this rule, and to warn others about the horrible experience I had. First, I ordered from this company because they claimed to be from France. They're actually from China Second, I was overcharged and I have a string of emails proving I was overcharged, I asked for a refund and was refunded less than what I was overcharged. I again sent another email and addressed the situation and got no response. In the meantime, my order took over five weeks. I paid for express shipping and express creation of my orders. When they finally arrived over five weeks later, they were discolored and broken. I sent pictures and notified the company, I was offered a 30% discount and told that if I wanted the item replaced I needed to pay for shipping for it to be returned and when they received it they would replace the item even though they had pictures. Why should I incur another expense for product that was misrepresented and overcharged?
I had no idea it was coming from out of the country. I paid a lot extra to expedite the shipping and it took forever! Not happy and will not purchase from this company again.
This necklace turned out wonderfully! The packaging was great and the necklace arrived earlier than expected. It was a lovely gift to honor a wonderful dog. Highly recommend!
It was easy to find. But I ordered two things exactly the same time. But I got The one thing about 2 weeks after I ordered. And the one for moms birthday didn't come in till July.
