I ordered for Mother's Day - Sun May 14th. I ordered on April 22nd. The product arrived Thu May 18th. The product is so small you cannot read the names. One of the names Jared - is smeared on the J. It's for our elderly mother. She cannot even see what the names are the writing is that tiny. Totally misrepresented on their site. It cost $62. Worst money I've ever spent. So disappointed.

I'm a local artist in Canada that makes handmade craft goods and I see my products listed on their website. I wouldn't trust anything else they sell if they're stealing other people's items.
I ordered a gift for my boyfriend for father's day to be from his children. I was a little late in getting this done and ordered it 10 days before father's day. I assumed it would be a little late... maybe a week at most. After weeks of waiting for the customized item and realizing the "status" on my order was not changing I reached out to the company. I then became aware there is no phone number to contact this company. I emailed and had to wait multiple more days. I paid over $70 for this gift, so not a lot of money, but enough that I expected quality. The company finally responded and said the item had shipped. Every time I tracked it after this, the USPS notification said that the label had been created, but the item had not been received. This is a common company scam to appear that an item has shipped, when it has not. The item sat like this for many more days, all the while I kept emailing. I never received a response. I finally gave up after almost four weeks and just disputed the charge with my credit card. A day later, low and behold, the item arrived... and it looked like my boyfriend's kids made it in their kindergarten art class. The quality was horrible, but even worse, the lines were not straight and it was embarrassing to give to him. I apologized profusely. I am still going to fight this through my credit card company for a refund. I don't suggest ordering from this company. Take your money and business elsewhere.
I have not even received so much as a shipping alert, let alone the product and the 50th wedding anniversary celebration was YESTERDAY. I paid an extra, VIP price to insure timely arrival. They fail to mention in the specifics that the ETA is for PROCESSING time ONLY, not shipping too. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a white gold ring and received a gold one I have been trying to either return it or get a refund and they are only offering a partial refund and I can't return it because it's been more than 30 days but it took them over 30 days to send the ring from the time that I ordered it. Most companies when you have to return something they will send you a return label Adorlla offers store credit in place of the cost of returns why would I want store credit I will not be buying anything from the store again.
My husband ordered a personalized pin map for our anniversary, and paid extra for expedited shipping and we didn't receive the order until two weeks later (we were supposed to get it within five days). The product is absolutely $#*! - I could make it myself and actually spell it correctly (who the hell mispells California?!). The font is completely different from what they showed on the website, the spacing looks like a three year old did it, and the wood got SO warped it barely stands up! When we went to their site to get a refund, the only thing they could "refund" was the shipping fee but ONLY for store credit. I'm sorry, but that is RIDICULOUS. I attempted to post a review of the product with photos, but they didn't allow any photos to be posted, let alone anything longer than 100 characters. The grammar is $#*! on the site too - very sketchy and I can't believe my husband got roped into it.

I put an order on april 29th, apparently the processing time was 2-9 days and the shipping time 2-18 days. On may 13th i wrote an email to ask for a tracking number and I was advertised that the processing+shipping time was 15-23 business days and that my orden was processing. I waited 23 business days from the order to claim a refund because I haven't the tracking number nor the product. They response that I have to wait 1 or 2 weeks more. They don't want to refund my money after more than one month.
Ordered a flower shadow box gift for Mother's Day. It took a month to arrive from China (didn't realize it was from China). I was okay with that until it arrived broken due to extremely flimsy packaging. It arrived in thin bubble wrap and flimsy plastic packaging. Common sense is that it would break from China to US; they clearly cut corners where they weren't able to.
I notified customer service and requested a replacement, expedited shipping, and sufficient packaging. That came in the same packaging, more broken, and not expedited. I then requested a refund; no third chance. Customer service has been trying to negotiate this after they were notified of their negligence and we received a broken item….twice. Either way I'm getting my money back. We'll see if customer service would like to make it right first.
I see a lot of other good reviews for other products. It's possible they just don't package fragile items correctly. I would highly suggest going elsewhere is looking to purchase fragile items.
I placed 3 Mother's Day Gifts, for my Wife and Mom's, on April 19th. After a week, I did not recive any notifications that my order has shipped. So I reached out and was informed it takes 7-10 buisness days to ship. So come day 11, I reach out again, and was informed the next day my order has shipped. So finally my "order" arrived May 13th. Only one of the three items I ordered, all at the same time and were all referenced on each email, was shipped. So I reached out again and recived a "I am Sorry, it is Covid's fault, and my order has been expedited". So here I am, a month later, and still do not have everything I paid for. Also putting the blame on Covid is complete BS. Take your buisness elsewhere, with someone who will actually appreciate your buisness, and take care of you.
