The item I bought arrived later than I thought it was going to be. I paid extra for expedited services and it still came later than I thought. It did not arrive for my anniversary even though I ordered it the week before.
Very nice and easy with great discounts on gifts. Such great service and especially the customer service. All my needs and questions were taken care of! I'm very impressed with the products and service I received.
If i had known this was ciming from China, I would not have ordered it. Shippung took way too long and no way to track it effectively. The picture inside is not great. Have to hold it up to a light to see any part of it. Nothing like in the ad. Even though there's a way to adjust the band, for a tiny wrist it leaves two long strands/ropes hanging there. It can't be cut to eliminate this.
Ordering was easy. Only wish there had been a processing time. I chose the vip, so I hope it gets shipped soon.
I purchased a pendant for my wife's birthday, but not only did I not get the gift in the time frame listed (it should have been here days before her b'day), but their website is absolutely useless for status tracking, and their customer service refuses to respond now, after two weeks of making excuses for the delay and promising to expedite the order. I will be recommending to everyone I know to pass along the message to never use Adorlla for ANYTHING. I feel robbed, and the experience ruined an otherwise wonderful planned day I had with my wife.

My order was a bithday gift which arrived a month later after the birthday. I was under an impression they were based in UK so made and order 2 weeks before the birthday and paid extra for express delivery, just in case. 3 days before birthday it turned out it was still in China and never even processed or dispatched. I was very angry and cancelled the order. I told them now dont bother to dispatch it, it is too late, and give my money back. After giving a silence treatment, 2 days later got notification it has been finally dispatched. Raised and issue with pay pal that the seller did not fullfill the promise of delivery or order cancellation, forcing me to accept it regardless it way overdue for the intended purpose, and the seller does not want to give me money back. At this point I couldn't win as paypal said it has been dispatched. End of story. Wasted money for the gift not needed anymore. Extremely difficult seller, rarely replying, barely understanding English and very dismissive. Replies were vague and weird, because of used translator. Do not use. Not worth your nerves!
They sent me a package it was left in an unplace said and didn't take no responsibility. I messaged the delivery company they said the company would have to refund me, I've messaged the company they are refusing and not taking no responsibility and nor is the delivery company, contacted police they said adorlla company have to refund and they are blaming it on myself telling me theres nothing they can do, practical stole £80 off me. You choose your delivery people so you should take responsibility if the package isn't delivered safely...Disgusting when everyone is already struggling as it is.
Ordered the "Adventure travel map" with tree pushpins. It was $80. It is 1/4 thick map, but the cork board is just millimeters thick, so the giant inch long thick tree pushpins do not stay in. (Also, only comes with 8 pushpins.)
It is not "real" wood, just a blurry picture of a wood grain. The compass is out of focus as well.
This was supposed to be an 10th anniversary gift, but it took 25 days for shipping, as it came from China. And trying to use their tracking is a joke. Good luck knowing when your item will get here. I still have it to my husband, but it's not a keepsake item that will last forever. Also, the corner was damaged, as it only ships in a plastic bag.
The only positive thing about this. It looks okay from a distance, but you get up close and it doesn't look good at all.
Love the gift ideas... easy check out. Problem was I got what i purchased eventually. I placed and order on May 4th didnt receive it until June 2nd. So missed Mothers Day. Had to go to plan B. Frustating but made it work.
Bought my necklace in December last year and still no item. They said they would resend as the were getting busy again. They are a scamming company. Said i want my money back. Now they wont answer any emails now disgusting

Ordered a Mother's Day gift on April 29th and I have yet to receive it even though I paid for the "VIP" service. I was charged and received the confirmation number but never received the confirmation "ID" to track the gift. Only way of contacting the company is through email but I have yet to receive a response. Don't waste your money!
I ordered an item TWO months ago. After weeks, i reached out and they told me that the item wad "getting prepared". After weeks after that, apparently the item was "out of stock". I asked for a cancelation and a refund, and they completely disappeared. And they won't let you write a review on their direct website.
The product idea is very cute. But from the time I odered it to the time it arrived was just over 3 weeks. I had no idea it would take that long to receive this gift. When the gift arrived it was very tiny. The pot was maybe 3 inches in diameter and could fit a tiny tiny succulent plant. You could barely read the names printed on the pot! I had no idea it would be so small and I paid over $50 for this product.
Everything is good so far although I would have appreciated a preview of my customization.

You pay $25 for expedited shipping which is THREE DAYS. It has already been four days and the product I ordered hasn't even been completed yet. This is my fiancée's first Mothers Day and I'm not going to be able to give her, her gift thanks to Adorlla's lies. Don't use this website if you need to get something sooner rather than later.
Placed order 4-2. Paid expedited fees, shipping. Was told would ship in 11 days. Reached out to company 5-2 as i never received my order. Was told hadnt shipped yet, and they do not have a timeframe as to when it will. Asked that they cancel my order, redund my credit card, and they said they could not. Read reviews online after i made my purchase. Wish i had tead them prior to placing my order
Placed an order online on April 18th and as of today, May 19th order ha shown no movement. It was going to be a mothers day gift but due to no response I went another route. Adorlla is impossible to talk to, went through their website 4times messaging them with no response. At this point I just want the order cancelled and highly recommend people looking elsewhere when giving someone your business. Order should of shipped within 10-15days however it still shows as "in production"
I purchased an item for Mother's Day, I paid for the VIP And standard shipping. I was told that my Standing in line would be greatly reduced due to the VIP and instead it still took Over 30 days to get my item. When I finally did get My item it is tacky where the Decal is located and the adhesive is coming off. After about 2 weeks of back-and-forth they finally Agree to give me a Full refund after I threatened to call my credit card company. However I am responsible for Shipping the item Back at my own expense to China. I had sent them proof of the defective product and instead of just giving me My money back. They offered me a partial refund Of 20% or I have to ship it back myself.
