Nos estafaron! Compramos 3 pasajes BSAS-MIAMI y una vez realizado el pago nos solicitaron que abonemos el doble para confirmar la compra (esto no había sido informado previamente). Cuando recibimos la noticia decidimos cancelar la compra y nos cobraron 150 dolares por persona

If I could give this a ZERO star rating, I would. They are falsely advertising their final airline costs! The trick to it all is in VERY tiny script that actually reads "their" policy and even then...you must push a link to view how they actually mis-inform you to the TRUE costs of your purchase.
I agreed to the airline ticket price shown to me on their site. Paid for the airline ticket(s); rec'd a email directly after stating they would need to call me..."that it was urgent". On said phone call they needed me to pay more money in order for the actual purchase of airline tickets to be bought.
SO frustrating- and NO REFUND policy. In the meantime, they charge your CC that was given.
So many tricks. In the end, the airline tickets came out to be MORE than the actual airline's price. Are you kidding me?!? I told the rep this as I was pleading for my money back.
Yes, this so called app is a scam in more ways than one! I was told then by this person who called from addontrip..., "If I found cheaper tickets with the airline I booked with(through this app)...I would need to purchase the tickets with the airline and provide this addontrip rep the confirmation number- AND then they would refund me the cost that they charged my cc. I spent a total of two hours on this mess!
I purchased these tickets from on addontrip on Sept 5...it is Sept 9; still have not refunded me my money. I am patiently waiting, but getting angrier. These kind of APPS should go under, outta business! NO ONE deserves the headache and games they want to put you through.

Had to chose one star to write review but would choose 0 if possible. They advertise the cost of a trip and once you pay then force you to pay an additional amount in order to actually get the tickets. And refuse to refund the price you originally paid.

This company works by offering discounted tickets and after the credit card charge they will call you to double/triple the price. All customer support has strong Indian accent and you can barely understand them. The initial charge made by airline and there is no any email confirmation. The only way to get your money back it a dispute.

This company is a total Scam. Booked what we thought were airline tickets for $120.00 a piece (total of 6). Got a call from a Jeff with Addontrip who stated that the purchase made was for a waitlist and not an actual flight reservation. Informed Jeff that nowhere on the site did it show ANYTHING to this effect. After requesting a refund he was very aggressive and persistent about letting him search for a better price for us. We told him that's something that we could do and simply wanted a refund. It was like he was trying to make us feel like we weren't understanding what he was saying. We understood very well what he was saying AND what he was trying to do. Which was make us agree to paying more money for something that DID NOT exist! Now the payment submitted is showing as pending. When I contacted my CC Company, I was told that as long as the transaction shows as "Pending" they cannot dispute it. Once the charge goes through I can then call back and dispute it. Also, the charge shows as Delta.com. We NEVER received a confirmation nor ANY type of follow-up email from Jeff. Plus when I called Delta Customer Service, the agent was not able to pull up ANY trip reservations made. BEWARE SCAM! BEWARE SCAM! BEWARE SCAM! BEWARE SCAM!

Esta agencia oferta pasajes y vende no se que. Buscando pasajes aparecio online esta agencia con un precio super barato por lo que hice la reserva y después resultó que nos dijeron que ese no era el valor del pasaje que el valor real era mucho mayor incluso ni siquiera el menor del mercado. Cuando tratamos de cancelar nos tuvieron entretenidos hasta que la compañía en nuestro caso America Airline debito en nuestra trajeta el valor que nos habían ofertado. No se como America Airline una compañía tan prestigiosa opera con estos estafadores. Si ves ADDONTRIP.COM NO LE DES CLIP QUE SON UNOS ESTAFADORES SE TE PRESENTA COMO AGENCIA PARA RESERVAR PASAJES Y NO SE SABE QUE VENDEN. 0 estrella, deberían estar presos no evaludos

No where on the site does it say you are paying for a waiting list or standby tickets. After none of their options matched what I selected or was willing to do (not flying around for 24 hrs for a 4hr trip). They refuse to give me back my money. I didn't ask for travel credit. The airlines should be more involved with these companies selling their services at a costs to customers.

SCAM! SCAM! Beware - After you book your flight you will receive an urgent email to contact them stating you ordered a stand by flight. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK AND WILL NOT ISSUE A TICKET!
Save your money purchase flights somewhere else!

Offert tickets in low price, and after you pay call you and said is no real is only in watting list and if you want the tickect need pay more money

These folks have it out their looking like tickets are super cheap only to have them be just a reservation and not a confirmed flight, stealing money and begging for more. The ticket appeared to be $206.32 but that was simply the reservation. They wanted me to pay an additional $294 for the confirmation. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I can drive the trip for that price. They were extremely rude and tried to say they can't do refunds. Anyone can do a refund. Its more like they don't want to give a refund they want to give a travel voucher. They were extremely rude, didn't let the customer speak, and I refuse to do business with them.

Do not use this company. They are scammers and commit fraudulent schemes the prices they show online or not the accurate prices and their customer service is beyond unacceptable. Steer clear from this company at all cost. I wouldn't give them one star, but that was the least that I could give.

I booked a flight with a full itenary that was sent right afterwards. I never received any other emails or calls from this SCAMMED on-line site. The night before the filght I checked with the Airline (Delta) to make sure wheelchair was added and no reservations/ booking was ever made. I called the company back *******678 and was told whole bunch of LIES and DECIET. They stated that calls were made and emails were sent out; however, I never replied to them. I told them I have copies of my cell phone records without a single call from them and my emails show the same. Then I was transferred to a manager (called himself Jeff) all persons with very heavy accent from India or Srilanka. The original clerk tried to charge me $1090. And when I talked to the manager with my anger and frustration, he tried to elude me with a $898 fare ticket. I told him it will be reported to the state and federal consumer division along with my representatives to put an end to this SHAM. I called the airline directly and was able to book the flights with $640, flying in less than 12 hours. Unbelievable, this is a dirty game, scam, spoof and whatever you call it done to put the passenger in a limbo and force them to buy the ticket from them.
Please, do not believe this and contac yout state Consumer division, BBB and representatives filing a grievance against these low lifers. That's the only way we can put an end to their existance and change the laws for those individuals like out moms, dads, sisters and brothers unknown of this.

Totally Scam…Juan Martinez called me to say that my booking was standby flight and that in order for me to get my seats I neede to pay extra $800? I was already paying over $1000 for my tickets. I couldn't believe it, I said I wanted my reservation calncelles, but they were so rude with harsh accents. Please do a favor do not use the take my money and they do not understand that you can not charge when you do not have the transaction completed. A terrified phone call. Bad experience

Went online to purchase a flight. Found a good price on Addontrip, so I thought! I purchased the tickets and received a message saying that my tickets would be provided soon. There was also a number to call and my reference number. After a few days and no ticket information, I decided to call. Of course the price I was quoted online did not exist. If I just fly with one of their partner carriers I could get a deal close to that. Mind you, there were layovers involved with their flights. Regardless, I needed this particular flight. They told me that in order to get that flight now it would be an extra $450. I asked for a refund and they would not provide the refund of the money already sent to them for the tickets that did not exist. I should have just bought the tickets on the main airlines site. It would have saved me several hundred dollars. Do not purchase from this group. This is a scam. This is a total scam! Do not purchase from this group!

SCAM!, DO NOT book with them, they call you and tell you that the promotion was sold out and it was a stand by ticket. I explained to them that the website doesnt state anything about a stand by flight and they want to argue with you and tell you the only way to get a confirmation is to pay more for the flight or they will give you flight credit. REPORT THEM, THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY

As you can see from most of the reviews they put very cheap pricing on their website and then once you book they call you to try and get more money out of you! When asked for a refund they are so $#*!ing rude and treat you like you're the one doing something wrong. NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE IT SAYS THAT THIS IS A STANDBY PRICE! DO NOT EVER TRY TO BOOK WITH THEM! THEY ARE THE LOWEST PIECES OF $#*! YOU COULD'VE EVER COME ACROSS! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU IN PLAIN SIGHT! BUT NOW THEY HAVE A LAW SUIT COMING, BECAUSE THEY $#*!ED WITH THE WRONG PERSON! DISGUSTING, DISGRACEFUL AND PATHETIC. THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE! They send confirmations for your flight then call and say that it is not a confirmation, you have to pay the double payment.

Bait and Switch SCAM
I did a search for Airfares and got what I thought was a good deal, I booked the flights online for $613.68 dollars. I called the Airline that I was to fly with and they had no record of my reservations. I even had an agency confirmation number from booking@ Addontrip.com.
When I called Addontrip.com customer support to get this sorted out I was told that it would cost me over 2500 dollars for the flights.

I want file a complaint with the FCC
