Addontrip is SCAMMERS Posing as Airline Agents
Do not do business with Adontrip travel agency.
As a result, I had to pay twice as much for tickets
If was possible I would put 0 rating. Please don't waste your money. Worst company ever! Scam!

A company who is advertising unreal fare to get customers, wasting time of people.After making reservation, seat never confirmed. When you contact them the will say flight over booked can be confirmed if pay the higher price. Meantime the fare change price go up, the customer has no choice but pay more money or can cancel the trip. I will never do business with them.

I got redirected from the other flights website. I was not aware of that company until I received the e-mail from Jeff Hamilton. He said my reservation could not be made and I must pay $2,500 if I do not approve my money will not be returned to my bank account. I couldn't believe it, I said I was going to see Mother Memorial, but they were so rude with harsh accents. Please do a favor do not use the take my money and they do not understand that you can not charge when you do not have the transaction completed. A terrified phone call.

Intente comprar un vuelo por jetcost y fui redirigido a la pagina de addontrip para concretar la operación. El total del vuelo era Euros 746, me llego un mail que decía que no eran los ticket y que me iban a llegar dentro de las 24hs y que si había alguna modificación me avisaban y podía cancelar o no el vuelo. No me mandaron nunca los tickets por lo tanto me comunique yo con ellos y me dijeron que ese precio era la tarifa básica y que para que me manden el ticket tenia que abonar una diferencia de 640 Euros. Les dije que no aceptaba el cambio de ticket y pedí el rembolso del dinero ya que no me habían emitido ningún ticket. Fue ahí donde la estafa sale a la luz, me dijeron que el importe de EU 746 que había pagado no era reembolsable. Voy a transcribir, cortando y pegano algunos de los mensajes que me enviaron por whatsapp (Yo me habia comunicado desde la pagina pero ellos insisten en llamar por teléfono y como no se podía comunicar me hablo por whatsapp, por la pagina no quieren escribir). ''Elena de addontrip +1 *******678: Te dije que ese es el sitio que visitas que es para los precios de espera. (se refiere ahí a jetcost)
[19:59,15/10/2022]: Como tiene los asientos de la economía básica delta, es por eso que el monto que pagó no es un monto reembolsable. Así que vas a perder tu dinero por nada.''
(nota mía. Este punto también sin sentido porque la compra que había realizado era para Aeroméxico, no delta)
En síntesis lo que hacen es ofrecer un vuelo barato, luego te dicen que tenes que pagar una diferencia con la cual el precio queda mas alto que con otras compañías aéreas y si no lo pagas perdes la plata. También leí luego que si aceptas el aumento después de unos días te dicen que se modifico el precio, nunca te mandan los ticket solo te van pidiendo mas plata hasta que al final te los mandan habiendo pagado el doble que en otros sitios. En mi caso no me preste a eso y no pague mas nada, ahora veré si tengo suerte desconociendo la compra y compre otro ticket en otra pagina. Le cuestión que me cobraron por un ticket que ni siquiera tienen. Si se fijan la dirección de su oficina en la pagina es ''30 N Gould St #4000, Sheridan, WY *******, USA'' si la buscas vas a encontrar que es una casa familiar en un barrio pero no tiene nada que ver con la empresa. Si mandas un mail te responde un mensaje automático, no le llega a nadie, por teléfono no me contestan y por el chat de la pagina te atiende la cómplice de fraude que les comente que decidió quedarse con la plata sin haberme dado ningún ticket. Si no quieren perder dinero eviten esta empresa a toda costa, no se dejen tentar por un viaje barato. Es una lastima porque antes era una buena oportunidad buscar ofertas en linea pero surgen este tipo de estafadores que ya no permiten hacerlo. Dejo captura de pantalla de alguno de los chat con esta gente para ver si al menos puedo ayudar a que quien este leyendo no sea estafado. Los comentarios positivos que son muy pocos obviamente son de ellos mismos. Saludos!

My boyfriend & i almost got bitten by this website. Please beware of these people.
On their site, they quote one price for the ticket, then they give you a call. I spoke with a Brian Gomez. In the convo the ticket price doubled. I told him to cancel the flight as I'm not willing to pay such ridiculousness! He opted to search for something cheaper. I tried making contacting with them after the conversation & emails, but to no avail. That's when i got that knot in my stomach. Thankfully, my bf is a quick thinker & made a stop to the transaction. The payment was unable to go through!
Gut feelings are never wrong & sometimes it's not worth the risk of getting a "cheaper" ticket.

I found addontrip google and was redirected by kayak. I need to fly on short notice to a funeral. Booked the trip and was told no longer available on their end. I asked for a refund and was told it would cost $35 per person due to no fault on my part. I was transferred to another rep to stop me from canceling and they told me $45 per person. When I asked for this policy in writing they did not have one. The new rep gave me another trip option for $300 more than what I booked it for. And then canceled those bookings two more times and refused to give me my money back or charge me $90 to do it. After 3 hours of going back and forth. I was finally given an e-ticket to travel at 6 am when I asked for 11 am. I did it because I was in a tough spot. Never, Never, Never, Never again. They don't give you what you booked for and then changed the fees on you because it takes them 2 hours to actually book your flight for you. In the meantime, flight costs change during those 2 hours and they call you back and stick you on flights you never, ever requested because of them being slow to put your order in. The worst experience and service EVER! Don't use them if you don't want to cry.

Great price, service and follow up from the Team. I had previously booked family holidays with Travel online so it has been good to reconnect and remember the quality service. We had a great break.

Every agent is perfectly experienced there…. Specially Patrick…. I tried with many sites but i think nobody can beat their prices
