I've ordered from Adam and Eve for years with no significant problems.
Well, yesterday they sent me a link to their site offering me 2 free gifts with a purchase, so I went to their site and read the details. It said my order had to be $17+ dollars to qualify for my 2 free items. So I ordered 2 items well over the $17 and it popped up that I could pick 2 free items now so I chose 2 of the gifts they were offering. Well, after checkout, they sent me an email and my free items were not on there, so I called customer service and the person said I had to spend $29. She said that offer was old and hasn't been updated on their site. I said this contradicts what they are advertising and if they can't honor their own promotion I will no longer be a customer and to just cancel my order. She said, well ok I'll cancel your order. This all happened within minutes of my order being placed and being canceled. BUT, then I get another email saying my money won't be put back into my bank account for 3 weeks and they won't be opening anymore of my emails because they may be a virus! 😂

70% chance they will cancel your order just because and 100% chance if you try using a coupon.
Staff will also tell you they don't care and how they value having upset customers and take pride in having such a difficult experience.

"Been ordering for a while and haven't had an issue but the very second I have any kind of issue with their product and they outright REFUSED to fix it even when I caught it minutes after I placed my order. I always double check all my information and somehow they sent it to an old address that they should have had no way to know because I did not use my account with them when ordering that's over two hours away from where I live currently for over a year. Asked customer service to please change my address to the correct one within ten minutes of placing my order and an hour later she claimed it was already shipped. I took a tracking number and lo and behold it was not shipped for another two days. Nothing but a scam with toys that break in under a year everytime. Trash. Wouldn't recommend if they paid me.

I ordered 2 days shipping they charged me 63.99 on my card my detail order on my email stated the same thing. However, when I went online to my account order details it was different! My delivery date was somewhere between dec 6th and the 12 even though I ordered it on nov 25 and said it would be here on the 27th. I called customer service, and the lady argued with me stating i only paid for the standard shipping! I told her my card says otherwise she told me to contact my bank! She also told me that the product I ordered was back ordered and wouldn't ship until the 30th! It did not give me any warning when i went to purchase the item.
Terrible and deceitful

I paid $17 extra for expedited shipping (delivery latest today). I contact support after I learned through tracking that it isn't coming until next week or thereafter; they told me they won't give me a refund for the delivery fee I paid for even though the delivery will be the same as if I didn't pay additionally. I will never purchase from this company again and I have been for years!

I ordered something that has not been ship. After a place the order I get an email saying that it want be ship out until between the January 23- 26 which I want receive it in time for my birthday. Then I ask can I pay for a rush the rude woman on the phone tells me it can't be modified, so they want you to pay the price of another one just to get speedy delivery. Don't buy from them I will write corporate on them too

DO NOT order! The customer service line can barely be called that. Rude, condescending and will just talk over you constantly. Their products are cheap and their customer service is NON existent. BEWARE. Do yer research before you order or you will be severely disappointed! Garbage company!

Do not order anything from Adam & Eve. I ordered something years ago, never got my product, kept trying to get it. They refused to give me my money through Paypal, which I paid with for starters, they gave me a check, which is not a legal payment method where I live, in most countries it is dissapearing. They took so long, kept bull$#*!ting so much, until the order was so long ago that they legally did not have to give me my money back anymore.

I've been a customer since they used to send mail order catalogs. Recently I bought an item that was defective. I should have read the reviews first. Dozens of reviews all complaining of the same defect. Yet the company still sells this garbage.

Rechargeable products don't work and customer service is a EFFIN JOKE! The "customer service" phone # is always busy. Probably because THIS COMPANY SUCKS!

I spent over $150 on products that don't work. After reading these reviews ( which I should have done before I bought) I'm not even going to bother calling their customer service. Everything I bought and the free gifts, have stopped working and I haven't even had them for a week. Never again.

Pay pal had the correct amount, $71.50. But the card I used in pay pal was on my credit card online, was showing 4 DIFFERENT charges in my pending CC. First one was $71.95, second $8.54, third $62.96, and 4th waas $71.95. All 4 of those charges were to ADAM MAIL. That totaled up to $215.40, for something that was supposed to be $71.50. I had to cancel my credit card, and have them send a new one, after removing the $215.40 off it. Still dealing with Paypal, to make sure it doesn't go through. I will use a "trusted" site from now on, like amazon

I ordered a vibe that was over $100 at my local shop but paid about $70 at A&E. It quit working after 3 uses. I called & was put on hold after I explained the situation but nobody came back to the phone. I hung up after 22 minutes. I have emailed them THREE times with no response. That must be how they deal with unhappy customers - just ignore them and they will go away. I was a long-time customer of theirs but what might have cost them $20 to fix has cost them a 30+ year customer.
I will pay a LITTLE bit more & order from a smaller web-site the next time.

I came across Adam & Eve and ordered a few items - sat back and thought - man, that was easy. I then panicked and did a review search on this company and quickly realized I just wasted $160 bucks - reviews were horrible.

That being said, my order arrived - one item when on back order and when that came in - it shipped and arrived. I spoke to customer service and they seemed knowledgeable. My whole order and experience was excellent.

Free is a bunch of garbage. The shipping is more than Amazon. Where u can bullets, etc chargers and no one knows.also there in few days. Not 20 bucks of shipping and half box u can't use. Those allergic to latex get box full of it, don't need lube well u just paid for it, their shotty clit ticklers...just buy a bullet from local adult store, they last 20+ yrs. U can charge it with your phone. This site is waste of time and money. The movies, seriously it's free on internet why would u pay for it? Dvds. Lmao! How old r ppl buying from this site?
