Ordered several items for my wife who had chosen the garments.
1st paid expedited shipping sent on 21 of Dec
2nd. Got a items on way with tracking number
3rd tracking number had no information stated label created however item NOT received.
4th i kept sending status on this
5th. 2 items not in stock asked to choose something else of equal pricing
Sent in No way this has went long enough refund me the differemce
Asked for a 30 percent discount if I would choose something different
I refused this then i get a refund processed it should be in Pay pal account 2-7 days...day 10 now still no refund
I check this mail status and see its been in Houston Tx for over a week.

This company is a scam and a rip off. The material is thin and cheap. Clothes don't look like what they display online. I didn't receive everything I ordered and it was two weeks late arriving.

I initially order a two dresses from this company 09/29/24. I never received the items however upon contacting them through email they sent me that my order was delivered 10/17/24. To this day I've never received the items. On 11/07 I put in another order not realizing or forgetting that I order from this company and today is 10/21/24 and have not received anything from this company. They only sent one email asking me to check the postal services and neighbors about my delivery. I'm not doing that at all too much goes on these days. The same day they asked me to send in another order for one of the dresses because they did not have it in stock. This is very bad business therefore they have received from me over $200 and I have yet to hear from this company.

I would give zero stars if possible. The construction of clothes is atrocious. They offered 10% refund. Don't purchase.

I returned the poorly made items to Acorpstyle and they refuse to go to China customs to retrieve the items. They keep telling me that they will issue a refund when they receive the items. I am out of money for the clothes and the cost to return the items. Do not waste your money.

This is my 2nd time ordering from this vendor, I shouldn't have given them a 2nd chance. It's been almost 3weeks since I've ordered my item that I paid to be expedited and I haven't received it yet. The tracking number that the provided me is useless. If you don't mind waiting months to receive your item then this is your vendor!

I bought 3 suits in 3X. I wear a size 18 but so as to make sure they were big enough I bought 3X. The quality was horrible it was not like the pictures. Material was cheap and one suit said small, the other suit said 3X but was a U.S. size 10 and never received the other suit. No return label. When I went to PayPal to dispute it and send them back, the company send a return label and said I would have to pay the return shipping to….CHINA. They know it's expensive so people may just eat the loss. Never again….😡

This company received my funds 3 weeks ago and processing time is not clear plus once the order is shipped out apparently you have to wait an additional 15 days. This has not been a good experience as a first time customer. Will receive my funds back from my bank and report this company as fraud.

I order my items March 10,24. I had to message them through fb to get a tracking number. ( if i didnt see a review about that i wouldnt have know to) because i never gotten a email saying it was shipped.My items hasn't updated since a week ago. I will never order from this company/website ever again. And my event is next week!

This company deserves no star rating, I have to pick a star rating to comment that's why I picked one,they do not deserve any star rating.

I shop online A LOT, this is most worst company you can buy from,their process is frustrating, wrong tracking number, order did not come till now after I ordered a month ago, they told me to return the clothes to China after I got.

Customer service is zero, I have not received the cloth,I don't intend to wear is anymore but they said whenever I get it,I should send it back to China,I have NEVER seen a thing like this before, they are not fit to be in business.

Do not buy from this company. They have the appearance of being reputable. I purchased two sequins pant suits, one black and one white. To begin the items were stalled in Dallas for weeks before delivery. After delivery the items were sized improperly. The pants are too short. They advertised the items are returnable. The ad is incorrect you can return the items purchased to the seller, at your expense…. It must be shipped back to China. The cost of shipping is more than the cost of your purchase. I cannot use the items because they are too short. Not enough hem is left to lengthen. Also there is no button on the jacket.
The pants are cut for a petite person and not a person of average height. They offered at 10% refund. I requested all of my money and returning the items to them at their expense. They replied only upon return of the items at my expense. Lesson learned! I have no use for this item.
I requested a return shipping slip at their expense because the error is theirs. No adequate solution. Buyer beware. Do not buy from this company. They rip you off. The item is also poorly made. It's not a true to size. The pants are tight and the Jacket has no button only a snap.
There is a California address on the bag. But you want me to return the item to China. Something in very wrong here. I will file complaint with the Texas Attorney General. They should not be permitted to sell in this state or anywhere else!

I ordered 4 items from the site. It took forever to receive, and it was cheap material, and none of the items looked anything like what was represented on the site.

I spent 152.00 for merchandise,to return it would cost me 112.00. The sizes aren't true. Company offered a 10% discount to keep useless merchandise.

I order the sweetheart dress 3 weeks before valentine day I paid for express delivery which I would receive in 8-12 days. Most companies will give you the status of your order in a few days but unfortunately this company doesn't. I had to reach out to them about my order and they ask me to give them one full week and they will give me 10% discount after shipping and I responded to them no that I want a full refund. This dress was for me and my husband photo shoot. They are a scam don't order anything from this company. I just want my money back.

This place just steals! I made a $200 purchase that I couldn't use, because they do not have the merchandise that they show. I waited months for only part of the order and it was all wrong. I returned it so I could be refunded and had to pay $80 for shipping. They never accepted the package and are having it sent back to me, by boat. This transaction started last year November and im still suffering it 6 months later and $300 in the hole! Can all of us unsatisfied customers file a class action against this company? If we cannot be made whole, at least to stop them from doing this business in America. These people ARE STEALING our hard earned money and getting away with it.
