Ace Wigs

The product I received is not the product shown in the pictures. Management has not responded to emails or voicemails. Will try to dispute with bank.
UPDATE: Review Refund( actually no refund) policy before spending your time on the site. I am disputing these policy guidelines because the merchant did not fulfill their part of the obligation by misrepresenting pictures on display.
The emails responses I received from at Ace wigs customer support dismissed my concerns. And they implied that writing five emails for one wig purchase was taking up their time needlessly.l No replies to the voicemail messages.The manufacturing company did respond. Although his emails were courteous, basically he told me it was up to the merchant.
Per the credit card company NOT receiving the product ordered is valid reason for dispute despite the policy guidelines.

Iv dealt with different wig companies, and been wearing wigs for years. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IV EVER DEALT WITH! Please with everything I have DO NOT BUY! YOU NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND USE RETURNED WIGS FROM OTHER COMPANIES TO SELL! ALL GARBAGE! That's why prices are cheaper. You definitely get what you pay for. The owner doesn't care about the consumer only money! PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE WORST COMPANY EVER! Also they say "returns" THERE ARE NO RETURNS!

I have bought wigs that either the color or the wig I didn't like. I didn't even try them on.
I filled out the return slip and got the wig returned to me because they said the wig was messed up. Please don't buy from these scammers!

Expect to get ripped off - by the manager even. The product I ordered was delivered in the wrong color. Their images are absolutely incorrect and they don't care - he blamed it on the wig maker. This manager (for the last 25 years) is very rude and clearly doesn't care about any type of customer satisfaction. I'm retired out of human resources... this type of person would have NeveR gotten in the door. He ended the call by hanging up on me because i wasn't falling for his lies. Dispicable.

I have ordered from Ace Wigs for 10 years. In the beginning, I really wanted to do business with them because they had the wig styles I liked for the lowest price that I could find on the internet. Their customer service, including attitude (if I could ever reach them on the phone) was abysmal. I persevered and continued ordering from them, even though it sometimes took two or three months to receive a wig. However, they have gradually improved in both customer service and speed of delivery. The last couple of years, I have easily contacted them, reached the owner and received a reasonable response from him. The wigs (2 per year) have come within a couple of weeks when they're in stock. Keep in mind that they are made in China and mailed in the US from California. I ordered from Ace Wigs in May of this year. I received a prompt and polite explanation about an expected delay in delivery due to the style being out of stock. Within a month, I heard that the wig had been shipped. It arrived today, June 24, in lovely packaging. Give this company a try. Remember to allow plenty of time for delivery. That is sometimes out of the company's control. My Estetica wig is perfect! I can almost guarantee that you won't find what you're looking for anywhere else at a lower price.
