I ordered 5 wigs from Ace. One wig was totally wrong style color etc. There is NO LIVE person to talk to. I emailed numerous times immediately to let them know know to send me a shipping label id send wrong wig back and refund my money. NO Response at all(5 emails) finally I threatened to report them to Consumer affairs affairs and Better Business Bureau, then a (Kim) responded back said she'd finally refund my money, 1 month later no refund. More messages left. Press number 1 to get her message box. Again the company refuses to speak to me or make this right. I have ordered wigs for 20 years due to Alopecia. Other companies Wiltshire, Elegant wigs, Best Wigs, all are excellent reputable companies. Run fast from these thief's and liars, you will be sorry if you order from them, and out hundreds of dollars. Wrong wig sent they won't make transaction right.
