Place my order 1st week of December when website said max of 8 business days for shipping. Then it changed to ship date 1/29/2021. Requested update with no response. Bought one enclosure previously with no issue, now having trouble getting a response. Use this company as a last resort.
Can not add photos because product has still not arrived after 2 months.
This company advertised an enclosure on their web site that I ordered. Then they requested a picture of my cart that needed to be sent within 24 hours and I sent one. Then they communicated there would be a 3 week delay and I could upgrade my order. I declined and requested a refund. At that point, they would not reply to messages and refused to disclose a phone number that would be answered. These guys are horrible to work with! Regardless of how good the deal appears, do not buy anything unless you want a play the "bait and switch" game!
I purchased a full golf cart cover with a removable windshield. The cover fits fine but the included windshield is about 3" too wide about 3" too tall. I emailed the customer service department and let them know the issue along with pictures. Clearly the customer service agent didn't bother to look at the pictures and responded "its a universal cover" and "maybe you are trying to put the rear piece on the front". The cover doesn't have a removable rear piece! I followed up with a couple more emails and they stopped responding. Horrible company to purchase from.
After my Yamaha Dealer viewed the Curtains I have been informed that the Curtains are not fit for this Model, even if the Box shown it should be." Drive 2" Numerous time I contacted the Seller by Mail and Phone, no response at all. I requested a Return Label without any response. Buyer beware for such Business practices. Now I'm stuck with the unwanted Curtains in my Garage.
If you get an enclosure, it is wrong, or you do not like it for what ever reason, you will pay shipping, plus a 35 percent restocking fee, to return it. You will never talk to a person, you will not get any satisfaction, or all your money back, beware and good luck dealing with this company.
If you order from this company and the cover does not fit they will charge you 35% restocking fee and you have to pay to ship it back. Stay away from this company. Other reviews say the customer service was rude, I totally agree. Again, read the fine print and stay away from this company
After waiting for months, I tried to cancel my order. They wanted to charge me a substantial fee to cancel even though they had not done anything. I disputed the transaction with my credit card. The batteries came two days before my dispute was to finalize. I cancelled my dispute and installed the batteries. The batteries do not work properly and they will not answer anything about the warranty. I wasted my money and should have never cancelled my dispute with the credit card company.
They sent the wrong golf cart cover... had no need to use it till the weather got bad... tried to put it on a cart at my club yesterday and found out they had sent the wrong cover and it didn't fit. Their mistake. Called and tried have a settlement, either reimbursement or exchange, they said, sorry, company policy was only 15 days... absolutely ridiculous on a seasonal product... AGAIN... THEIR FAULT< WRONG COVER!
Purchase a cover they stated would fit, no drilling and made to fit and EASY to install. All bull. There was some drilling and the doors will not align unless you force them to stay flush with many washers. It looks liked a piece of crap!. I tried to return the cover but support was nasty and would not listen to my side of the story. They insisted on a 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay for shipping! So, they lied about the cover and I have be punished and lose over $ 200 to return the cover. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a ~$920 cover and was told 25day delivery. After 2 months with no comms from them, I contacted them to be told told that they had not started production yet and could not confirm AT ALL when production would commence. Therefore they could not confirm delivery. I requested a refund and was told that they would deduct 10%.
Let's articulate the facts:
- I purchase the goods at $920
- After 2months of waiting, I contact them To check status and I am told no production yet
- Absolutely no ETA offered
- I requested a refund and despite them having done nothing at this stage, I am deducted 10%
These guys are complete jokers and they are selling covers, they are stealing your money and refunding -10% for them.
There is loads of other sellers out there, do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable seller who is not out to con you

These guys did an excellent job selling me $2,000 in lithium batteries for my golf cart, yet it took 6 calls (on my behalf) over 5 days to answer very fundamental questions following my installation of the batteries. They were rude and derogatory towards me when I finally got a hold of their "battery expert" on the 5th day. In addition, he didn't have reasonable answers. Seemed like he was making them up as I asked them... I've spent my whole career in customer service and can confidently state that NO customer should ever be treated like that!
PS: The Allied lithium batteries work great, but the "battery life" digital meter is very misleading and swings 10-12 percent within seconds of switching the key off and on (several times). As a result, when out for a long ride (20 plus miles), it's very difficult to determine when to turnaround and head back home. On a scale of 1-5, I would rate Ace Golf Cart Covers a 1 on customer service and Allied Batteries a 4.5 on their lithium battery products.
I ordered a cover for my EZ-GO RXV. They sent me the wrong cover. I sent them pictures of my golf cart just like they ask. They told me it was my fault that it didn't fit. Said they wouldn't refund. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager. It was aweful. Terrible customer service. I was out $500+ dollars and had a cover that didn't fit. They screwed up and blamed me. Vincent was the salesman who ripped me off. He wouldn't respond to my emails or calls once I got the cover.
Wrote a accurate review that was not one of the 1,500 5 star reviews on the website. They have not posted it, Will be filing a complaint with the FTC as a start to exposing this fraud.
Dealing right now with this company on an issue we have with their product and not getting resolution. How does the reviews on their website have only 5 star glowing reviews? I am retired and think I will make exposing this fraud a hobby for the next month or so.
Bought $2k worth of Li-Ion Batteries from them. Was sent 2 different batteries (36v and 48v). They quickly generated a return slip and took the incorrect battery back, BUT now they dont want to send the correct one! They want me to call the manufacturer and do all of this work to see if they would send me a replacement. WTF?!?
I ordered a "universal " fit cover. It does not fit at all. Vincent was rude, short, and uncooperative. I am out $200 with my only option of paying for return shipping and a credit towards a cover twice the price. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
This company has almost no customer service You can't get thru to anyone on the phone and they might respond by e-mail once but when you dispute their position you don't hear back anymore. I bought two items from them. One was a cart storage cover. I mistakenly ordered a two passenger cart cover when I needed a cover for a four passenger cart. They ask you to send a picture which I did and even though the pic clearly shows it is a four passenger cart they shipped the two passenger cover. So partly my mistake, partly theirs. When I messaged them they simply referred me to their return policy which says no returns as the covers are "custom made to order". They added that four passenger cart covers are currently out of stock. The statement that the covers are 'custom made to order' is a big fat lie when it comes to their storage covers. I tried to point that out in my reply to their response. Since they said the four passenger covers are out of stock, I said, "how can that be if the covers are "made to order"?" They only sell two types of storage covers, a two passenger and a four passenger cover. There is nothing "custom made to order" about them. Anyway, they never responded again. I took pics of the cover and put it on my local marketplace selling site to see if I can at least re-coup some of my money. I have not opened the second product I ordered yet (golf cart side curtains with valance). I suspect once I do, I'll be on here with another one star review and another disappointing story. STAY AWAY!
Yamaha sunbrella cover never fit. I bought a year ago, no response after sending pics showing the enclosure doesn't zip. Dont buy or you'll have useless enclosure and out 600+ dollars.
Golf cart cover work wonderfully! Easy to install. Cosmetically pleasing. And when you want to open it up a little you can easily remove the doors and open windows.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WISH I COULD REPORT THEM AS FRAUD. I ordered a Christmas gift in November, with an expected in DC date of 12/31. It is now Feb 9th, and my expected in DC date on my order still says 12/31. No action or accountability or customer service on their end to just simply provide an accurate ship date and then to deliver on that promise. No one will talk to you. If you call, you just have to leave a VM, and no one will return your call, especially if you are upset. It says they work 9-430... maybe put in some extra hours if you are SO behind? They absolutely do not want to help you whatsoever. The 5 star reviews are bogus. I left a 1 star review that is not posted... the only post the positive ones, which is FRAUD. They are lying to the public. DO NOT USE THEM!
When I researched golf cart covers on line, I found Ace Golf Cart Covers. Their web page boosts of lowest price and excellent customer service. There were 61 reviews on this site. Only four were less than 5 star, and they were 4 star. This should have made me suspicious. Golf cart cover arrived. No instruction manual, and a factory defective part. Talked to Jeff. He first said they did not have instruction manual for this cover. In a later phone call Jeff changed his story to they now had reprint instruction manuals for this cover. Jeff also said he would send me a instruction manual and a replacement part for the defective part. It's been over a month and nothing from has been seen or heard of from Ace Golf Cart Covers. I gave Ace Golf Cart Covers a one star only because there was no lesser option.
Answer: They are a legit company. They are not accredited with the BBB. They are just a terrible company.
Answer: Their prices are much lower. But those low prices come at a cost for those that get ripped off.
Answer: It wasn't easy for me. They don't answer the phones or return messages. Bacsically if you have a problem they ignore you. So maybe don't tell them you have a problem in your message or email and they may get back to you.
