Very pleasant experience ordering from Accessory Talk. Fast shipping and the Otterbox cases all worked perfectly. The customer service people were very polite too when they helped me pick out some things to add for my order so I could be sure they were compatible. Overall a great experience.

I made an order on 4/29/17 and tried to call customer service never received an answer. I have emailed them several times and have used their method of response and no results. This is a scam company, do not let them have your money you will not get it back or any product you order.
I ordered a waterproof case for my apple I5 cell. I placed the order on May 2 and have not been able to contact anyone via email or phone. I have left several phone messages that have not been returned. They took my money and did not send the product or provide me with any answers after several polite tries. It is now May 26 and and I am loosing my patience. If I do not receive I will have to call the better business bureau and anyone else they can direct me to to voice my complaint. The USPS said they received a notice to pick it up but nothing was given to the USPS for delivery. Totally disgusted and inflamed with their lack of customer service, Wish someone could please help.

The best choice for Otterbox cases on the net. I've bought a bunch of things here in a few orders and all came quick and the stuff was new and worked just like the site said. The service was excellent all around
I ordered iPhone waterproof case may 23rd according to their web site all items ship within 4 to 5 days I paid for expedited shipment. It is now June 8th and haven't received anything went to site and messaged them on when I could expect shipment and got no response Checked my history and case has not even shipped. I received my credit card bill today and they have my money. I guess I will have to call credit card company and dispute payment
Cancellations are not allowed. They even threaten to charge EXTRA fees ($100) if you reverse charges. They're not customer friendly, they're only concern is getting your money.
We've shopped here for years now and love their iPhone accessories. Low prices and great service especially for Otterbox they're the best choice by far.
My order got here fast and we all like the phone covers. We got 3 defenders for half off so a pretty good deal
