Ordered a battery replacement on this site as it looked reliable and I assumed the UK sales entity would supply the battery. Redirected order through a supplier in China and payment made through PayPal guest account?
Waited several weeks then mailed supplier in China, received a standard reply saying item had been shipped, logistics difficulties and may be held in UK customs. Also received tracking link which showed an item in transit (but not specific of item?). This tracking status did not change over repeat lookups?
E mailed supplier again with no response. Still no battery after 5 week wait? Approached PayPal for advice and told to contact seller, e mail to adaptorsUk failure report and nothing from seller. Ordered another battery from defined Uk supplier via Amazon and received next day. Good luck if you do use this site :(.

This company is a ripoff.
Customer care when they are at fault is abysmal to the point of insulting.
Send you 3rd party items, not OEM parts as per website.

Sent wrong item refused to repay return shipping cost, so I'm out of pocket for their mistake.

Bad comms, refused to believe they made a mistake till I sent them photos. Then stopped talking to and just passed the issue to PayPal, who then forced me to pay the return shipping from the UK to China even though I'm not at fault. So my refund it going to be drastically less than I paid after I take the return shipping off. They're at fault they should pay the return shipping.

One last point, this is not a company but a single individual in Hong Kong making his website look like it's a UK seller. Don't be fooled, he will cost money and send the wrong unbranded product. He is not selling OEM parts but Liteon products which he sources and gets dropshipped. IE he's a bedroom seller. Best give away is his PayPal account is in his name and not a company.

Ordered a replacement battery for Toshiba Satellite C855-1GQ. Tried Toshiba first, my request was not recognised. That must because Toshiba no longer make laptops. Oredered off this company.It was £16 cheaper than when I replaced the battery a few years ago. Was advised the battery would be delivered in 12 to 18 days. Arrived after 12 days. This is a genuine replacement. Installed battery. Was, 80% charged. Left it to fully charge then did a Battery Report with PowerShell. It showed Design Capacity 49,500mWh
Full Charge Capacity 49,500mWh. So everything is fine. I have no complaints.

The item arrived a few days late, but other than that I am very pleased: Its a genuine Acer adaptor, works just fine. The company responded quickly to my enquiries by mail and the shipment was easy to track. (from China)
