I felt like that Sol was interested in what I was saying. I feel happy about the decision I made and look forward to this journey. I like how we will be having another call next week as having a support person is really helpful and pushes you. I feel that maybe a little bit more of food and diet ideas should have been given however yes it's all small steps.

Sol was really helpful, she took the time to listen and came up with an idea that might help me. She was flexible regarding her schedule and encouraged me to follow a five day plan work out.The best part is that Sol speaks spanish and the session was given in spanish. Nothing better that communicate in your own language.

I did online research and this company I thought was legit. Signed up for a 30-day trial for.50 and they charged OVER $300! Do not do business with them

I always research companies and look up reviews before I sign up for a trial. The onboarding questionnaire seems very thorough, engaging and genuine enough to hook you in and make you feel like this is a legitimate company with an abundance of support and resources just waiting for you. Unfortunately this "company" has done a great job of recruiting dupe writers/bots to write enough 5 star reviews to outweigh the number of 1 star reviews that legitimate ACTUAL people are writing. I pray that people see this and all of the other 1 star reviews.
I'm VERY LUCKY in that the credit card I used to sign up with for my trial is one I can lock immediately and is also I was about to cancel anyway so there's no major loss on my end and no potential way for these leeches to take money from me again. My heart goes out to all those who have been terribly scammed.
I even attempted to cancel my account via email. See the attached image for the weird reply I got. Haven't heard back.

Dawn is good coach, She just maybe helpful and listen to my background and provides me some diet recipes. Also she encourage me to start up with a small step and you have trust yourself you can make it. Thx dawn

My first 'meet' with Sol my coach was a fun experience. Sol was warm, friendly and goal driven. She listened well but the focus was on what to do and how I was going to achieve it for long lasting results.

Please stay away from this app. The have no understanding about term sheet they charge you without your permission. It's a true scam. If you want to donate your money or burn your cash get connected with them

My experience with able and coach Taylor is really wonderful
First when i visited the site it was so random and I wasn't planning or knowing what I'm doing like i was a bit lost and i just kept answering and filling the questions because i felt like maybe just maybe this will work and help me with my weight loss journey because i was trying to lose weight for over 10 years! And I tried so many diets and different solutions but it never really worked because I struggled so much with discipline and motivation and I hated when someone is telling me what to do or what i should eat/drink and make my weight their responsibility and the focus of the conversations.
I've never made a choice regarding my weight and health by myself for myself and for the sake of getting better and healthier until now
I was frustrated and a bit lost but coach Taylor helped me so much and answered my many questions with patience and kindness that helped me keep going and learn more about weight loss and diet. Yes it's been less then a week but it was enough to actually change my life a bit and i lost nearly 3kg in those few days which is amazing…. Her support and the information that she gave me was so helpful and I'm so grateful for that. The app is amazing, the questions that I answered before getting my program made me continue because it was very considerate and detailed in a way that made me realize a lot of things, again the coach is so understanding and amazing I was nervous at first but now I feel so motivated to keep going and keep exercising and eating with moderation.
I canceled my subscription for now because of financial reasons but I'm thinking to subscribe again soon.
