I have nothing but praise for the fabulous customer service that I received from this furniture retailer.
I ordered Nolte bedroom furniture, wardrobes and kingsize bed for a customer.
The dates that they agreed with me were kept. I requested that all paperwork, phonecalls etc be sent to me as my customer did not want to be involved in the detail. Abitare had all addresses and phone numbers for delivery, guarentees etc and they did not put a foot wrong.
The gentleman that I dealt with was extremely professional and polite. He sent me confirmation e-mails on all details followed by receipt copies by post. All furniture arrived on time and most importantly in immaculate condition.
The shop is fantastic and they have all the top furniture manufacturers. I would not look anywhere else, excellent experience.
