I struggled with what rating to give, so I did it in the middle.

I purchased twice from ABCTVs and never got the "too good to be true" advertised price. Always an excuse (commercial panel, bad parts, low quality panel, don't have unit, etc.).

The "bait" isn't real, but... After their "switch" to the higher priced unit the price was still better than others.

I also don't like that when checking out, no tax is shown but the invoice includes tax...

For me, their delivery people were good. They tried to work with me on delivery date and time and the people that did the delivery were friendly and courteous.

They unboxed the TV, turned it on, made sure it worked, then took a picture to show they did what they promised.

I hate the "bait and switch", but other options were not better.

I wish they just put the real price on the website. Bad reviews would be greatly reduced.

Found this site from Google Shopping results for an LG OLED unit. Shortly after ordering the TV, I received an email asking to call them. When I did, I was given a speach about OEM vs non-OEM units and enticed to pay a little more for an OEM build. From Reddit posts, this seems to be a common line they tell customers for a number of units. 3 days after the order and receiving the shipping tracking information email, the tracking still showed that the item had not been picked up by the shipping carrier. I emailed the company to cancel the order and refund the amount, to which I got no response.
I had to dispute the charges with my Credit Card Bank and make a purchase elsewhere.

Not only was the experience alarming, but so was the reported review ratings of the organization. Trying to find how to make a review for this company gave me the feel that the reviews themselves shown by Google are a Shell Game and now unreliable.
My recommendation, reviews are manipulated and mostly fake now a days, go with a vendor you know to not be a fly by night company or running scams.

Ordered a 65" Samsung q80r for $1,178.00. Amazing price. Get a phone call the next day saying this tv is 8 bit like a corporate boardroom monitor. The 10 bit is 500 more. I called bs on the guy then called Samsung. They said ALL Q80rs are 10 bit. The guy also said shipping the next day. I got a bad feeling and called back the next day. Guy said would be shipping in a MONTH! Said tv was coming from a different company. I cancelled order. DO NOT BUY FROM ABC TVS!

Bought a TV with a price too good to be true and sure enough Total scam. Some NJ Mob $#*!. I tried to cancel my order after reading these reviews and they have never returned 5 emails and 10 calls, not once! They sent me the TV after me cancelling the order 7 days before the shipping label was created and the Box was sent from another company with no return label. They are not from where they say they are, try and find them and it is a wild goose chase with shell companies and no actual addresses. They have a wholesale company shipping so you can't return the items. Every 1 star review is accurate to a Tee!

Purchased a TV on ABCTVs.com. A few days later I got a call from one of their reps wanting to confirm the FedEx delivery of an "8-bit LG TV". First of all, I paid for white glove delivery. Secondly, when I asked what 8-bit meant, he said it's what they usually sell to businesses but prob not good for a main TV at home. He then tried to up-sell me to the a 10-bit version of the same thing for $600 more. A quick google search reveals that there is no 8-bit version as well as numerous stories about the same up-sell scam ABCTv does to all of their customers. I then emailed them to confirm the model number and that it was indeed a 10-bit TV that I would be receiving and that it was covered by a 1 yr factory warranty and their 2yr warranty for a total of 3 years. A few days went by with no response, emailed again, a few more days, emailed again, and again. Finally, emailed them to cancel the order. Still haven't heard anything. No response whatsoever. You would think that they would want to contact me to complete the sale? Even if they were a legitimate company, their service is terrible. I'm not sure why they haven't been indicted for false advertising, deceptive sales practices, and fraud but it probably won't be long.

I was looking for an LG oled 77" but they were way too expensive for my blood. ACTS had this screaming black friday deal that was too good to be true. Like they say, " if it sounds too good to be true it probably is". I called the store and asked if it was the same tv that they sell at Best Buy and other retail stores and was assured it was. I asked how they can sell it for so much cheaper and they said because we're a wholesaler not a retailer. So I purchase the tv and my order is confirmed but the next day cancelled. I call to find out why and they tell me the shipper they had been using to my area was breaking too many tv's. So I found the shipper they told me to call and they said it would be $125 shipping instead of free shipping. As I talked to the rep more come to find out this is a tv made with specs from foreign countries and is not at all the same tv and is not even suitable for watching tv programs. I told them that it doesn't indicate that anywhere on the site and was told I didn't search it the correct way... I searched for cheapest tv instead of going to their site first and then searchinf6for the tv and it would have brought up the two different tv's. Lucky for me, because had they sent me the tv and I was unhappy with it they charge $750 to return it! For some it may work out but I was fortunate they didn't send me the overpriced piece of scrap they tried to sell off as a top of the line tv.

I ordered a Sony XBR series 85 inch, I had an awesome price they wanted to tack on an extra shipping charge, I refused. Two days later I went online to check o the status and the sale was canceled no email, no phone call nothing THE PRICE WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! IT SEEMS THAT THIS RETAILER LIKE OTHER RETAILERS EITHER TRY TO TACK ON EXTRA CHARGES OR THEY THEY DO A BAIT AND SWITCH AND IF THEY CANT DO EITHER, THEY WILL CANCEL THE SALE, STAY AWAY FROM SMALL ONLINE RETAILERS THAT OFFER TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE PRICING!

I ordered a big 4KTV. Two weeks later not a word. I called and they said it was the only one in the warehouse and just found it was cracked. I had to call to find this out! Then he tried to sell be a lower featured version. I told him I knew that model was a lesser version. Then he tried to up sell a more expensive set. No again. I wanted a refund. He said the amount was never taken from the credit card. It was and still is! After 7 calls I got frustrated and asked for the manager. I was left on hold. Next to voice mail. As of today the charge is still on my card. This whole thing has been a nightmare!

The web site will lead you to low price deals. They will take your money, then never ship. Arguing with them is pointless as they will go back and forth with promises that they have shipped the equipment, not provide tracking information and make is sound like it's your fault that the equipment was not received. Save your time and purchase elsewhere. You have better things in life to focus on than arguing with arrogant sales people. And "no" they will not respond to emails.
