Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Abc TV staff and previous consumers.
These items are used and/or returned from customers as defective. It's common to receive a TV from this company that has been used for a year or more.
It means they will deliver your gray, non residential goods out of the white. Avoid these scammers. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
I encountered the same with the c9 model. They claim the cheaper unit is non-OEM and gauranteed to meet minimum standards, but not necessarily maximum performance. Per Reddit posts, this seems like a BS line they say to everyone. It feels very bait & switch or reselling of refurb units as new. Either way, I canceled my order (3 days after it was never shipped) and went to Amazon. You get what you pay for.
I would, and will be doing so myself. I emailed them to cancel, to which I got no response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and provide evidences such as the order confirmation, the unanswered request to cancel, and the shipping tracking information showing nothing was in transit 3 days post order.
I emailed, received a call back and then finished the correspondence via email, it worked the best for them and me. But use customer service email not their sales (cs@abctvs.com)
