Ordering was easy and I recieved the phone in a short amount of time. Unfortunately the phone i received is broken. The clip to hold the cord for the reciever is broken and the cord falls out of the phone very easily.

Ordering the part online was straightforward and I was provided with confirmation instantly as well as an invoice and continual updates until the box was on my desk. Not only do you pay retail for shipping, but if you need to return an item, you are subjected to a 15% restocking fee and will need to provide return shipping. This means that you will lose 15% plus the cost of shipping, not including that you already paid for retail shipping initially.
As for the products: they are satisfactory. I use a number of vendors for phones and accessories, Atlas is usually at the bottom of the list due to a number of business practices that are less than desirable.
Shop smart. Read through all publications and guidelines before purchasing.
I recently made a purchase from Atlas my medical office. I had a couple questions before ordering and someone answered the phone very quickly. Also, my order was shipped and delivered within the week. I was very happy and will be making another purchase.
