I had items delivered to me from a nearby Walmart. One item was missing... it was listed on the order and I was charged for the item. In an effort to request a refund for that item I telephonically spoke with Kevin. He was very personable and professional. He understood what I sought and took the steps necessary to facilitate a credit. Kevin was patient and listened well, It was a pleasure to deal with him. Kevin is a credit to Walmart!

When Valerie the vet called and explained my dog's symptoms to me and then listened to what we were treating her with it gave us a tremendous sense of peace of mind. She listened to our concerns and was very patient and knowledgeable as well as caring and understanding. I really feel like this was the best thing we have done for our dog.
