The driver arrived at the hotel on time and got out of his car and went to the trunk area of his car. He said he needed to get his things out of the trunk and put them in the front, a huge duffle bag and several small bags. After putting his things in the front seat of his car he returned to the trunk area of the car where we were waiting and said, "ladies you can put your things in the trunk." We said aren't you going to help us he replied, "no I have a bad back." Within seconds he said, "just call yourself another Uber" shut his trunk got in the driver's seat and drove off.

I found it very enlightening the way your system is set up. First y oh chat and state your prob my em, then you get a live agent. The waiting time was zero and for todays world, thst is great. At first I had to talk to someone to tweak the sign in process. He was excellent. So pleasant to talk to. Then I spoke to someone else about a different but related subject. Again, this person was great in all respects. Several days later it was time to shop. So many wonderful choices. Frankly, I just had fun doing my shopping. It all arrived yesterday and it looked great, and it is. Love this place. So glad to have discovered it.
