It turned out that the shirt I had ordered wasn't available. *******@6DollarShirts not only followed up and exchanged my shirt for another, she expedited the shipping of my order and it made it in time for my wife's anniversary. Kim even followed up and checked to see if everything went smoothly. 6DollarShirts turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience. Good customer service goes a long way. 6DollarShirts has earned themselves a new loyal customer.
I live in Germany and since I found the site some years ago, I had been thinking about ordering some shirts. Yesterday I picked them up from German Customs (for German reasons).

I am a first time customer with 6DollarShirts. I received my order really fast. I am VERY pleased with all the shirts I received.
There was one small problem. For one of the shirts I ordered, they sent me the wrong shirt. I contacted them via email and WITHIN MINUTES had a reply from Kim, who was VERY helpful. She said they would take care of my issue right away.

The site speaks for itself. Great quality shirts, at a better price. I recently ordered their 10 for $50 deal. One of the shirts I accidentally ordered in the wrong size. I left a voicemail and email and by the beginning of the week, the order was fixed and shipped to me.

I ordered the 10 random T-Shirts and was not disappointed! I had some issues with it shipping to my APO box but Laci and Ariel were so amazing, helpful and patient with me. I would order more again.
I placed an order to 6DollarShirts for (you guessed it) some shirts. It was for a work party and I was really excited about the design. When I unveiled the shirts, they were a huge hit! The design looked great, the quality was on point, and everyone loved it!
Unfortunately, there was a minor misprint on one of the shirts. It looked like a factory error and not something that I was upset with 6DollarShirts about. All the same, I still found myself with one shirt that wasn't quite what it was supposed to be.
I went to the 6DollarShirts website and submitted a question through their Contact Us page asking about a replacement shirt. The very next day I had an email from Ariel in their Customer Service department waiting on me. She was extremely empathetic to my situation and noticeably passionate about making things right for me. That same day I received an email notification that a package was being sent to me and a short time later I was holding a perfect shirt in my hands.
Overall, this was an excellent experience and I plan to buy from 6DollarShirts again! The turned the minor annoyance of a factory misprint (which happens with everyone from time to time) to a great customer service experience. I went from being a happy customer to a loyal customer thanks to Ariel and 6DollarShirts' customer service team. Aces!
While I do commend 6dollarshirts for sending me out a replacement weeping angel shirt very quickly, the problem I had with that shirt I'm having with their others. I bought a mostly harmless and died of dysentery tshirt as well. ALL of the heat transfer printing is flaking off at a simple touch. The quality of their shirts is apparently horrible. I've had shirts from other sites like teefury, qwertee, and teeglobe for years and not a single problem from any of their merchandise. I will not be buying anymore shirts from this site due to the poor quality of the heat transfers and printing.
I live in sweden and ordering stuff from U.S. is usually abit of a horrible experience, however im stoked with the fast shipping, quality and the amazing price of 6$shirts.

When a website that sells $6 tee shirts has a three-day turn around from order to arrival, and the shirts are as awesome as they look on the site, you have to give them five stars. This place def earned it. Customer service was top shelf, and everybody loved them! I even got to take advantage of "Any 10 for $50" offer and saved even more money. Happy customer.
I ordered 2 green shirts for my kids for St Paddy's, and I added in a "mystery shirt" for myself. I found it very thoughtful that whomever packed my order noticed the theme and made my mystery shirt green as well. Good stuff.
My order had a mix up, and they rapidly took care of the problem - no charge to me. And the shirt designs are laugh out loud funny.

Why can't we leave a review with 0 stars, better yet negative 5 stars? We purchased 5 shirts for our son. For a 3x they looked really short out of the box. When my son tried them on they looked like belly shirts. I believe they may have been mislabeled. I was told to ship them back for refund. After spending all told $71 for 5 shirts and twice shipping, they send me an email saying they were washed, no refund. I stand by my statement that they absolutely were NOT WASHED! Why would I wash them when they looked to short out of the box!? Ridiculous! When I responded that was a lie, they are now claiming that the tags were "ripped and freyed." Are you serious?! I've given all emails, a photo my son took 2 hours before I dropped them off at UPS to our family attorney, and he is awaiting the reshipped shirts. I will gladly spend a few more dollars if it protects more people from this company. I can't believe in order to keep from making this right, that they would claim that it would be normal for "quality" shirts to have the tags become ripped and freyed if someone were to wash them even once. Not too bright and certainly not of any sort of integrity. I assume they'll read this and threaten me. Bring it on. The shirts ARE going to be examined by whoever my attorney uses for these kinds of cases along with all the rest of the emails as evidence and we'll see what happens. I tried to quietly hand this but refuse to bow to such a ridiculous allegation in the name of saving a few pennies. On the contrary, I'm happy to spend more and fight for my integrity. Did NOT wash those shirts. And apparently if I had I would've been left with ripped and freyed string according to them. Ha! Can't wait to see where this goes. I'll post more when my attorney gets the results.

We offered to provide a full refund if the shirts were returned without having been worn or washed. In this case:
1. The returned shirts had clearly been washed.
2. Communications from the customer were confrontational from the start, making it difficult to resolve the matter in an efficient and expeditious manner.
3. Our staff has been made to feel threatened and harassed.
We love our customers and are willing to go to great lengths to ensure their satisfaction. We're very disappointed that this case went the way it did, but we'll continue to do our best to serve our customers, the vast majority of whom are reasonable and all-around great folks!
