5cloudhost

I've been with 5CloudHost for 2.5 years now and have no complaints. I just recently revamped my website, which took a couple weeks and numerous uploads without incident. I'm a little disturbed that 5CloudHost is not one of those web host providers that pops-up during a search of web hosting companies. I just did a search of 100 web hosting providers FROM webhostingbuddy and 5CloudHost was not on the list.
That tells me that 5CloudHost must be doing something wrong in getting the word out. I honestly don't know how I stumbled onto 5CloudHost 2.5 years ago, given the obscurity of the company on the web.
It might be a good thing for me, because if 5CloudHost was a popular provider, it would probably be costing me more.

My experience with 5cloudhost.com has been a complete disappointment and frustration.

I signed up with them, enticed by their "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee." When issues arose and I requested a refund following their policy, I expected a smooth process.

Instead, I encountered a never-ending cycle of frustration. It's now September 27,2023, and my refund request made on August 11,2023, remains unresolved, well past their own guarantee period.

Their customer service has proven entirely unhelpful. They consistently redirected me to their billing department, with whom I've had no contact, while ignoring my straightforward question: How can I obtain the refund I'm entitled to as per their policy?

I've sent numerous emails and still, no progress. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for 5cloudhost.com

My advice: Stay away from 5cloudhost.com They don't uphold their own promises, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

If you are looking for a hosting provider and you do not choose 5cloudhost web Hosting, then you do not take your business seriously. 5cloudhost is always a pleasure to work with. I was intimidated by the process of developing and updating a Web site, but they made it all very easy.
