We have tried three of the four Patriots entrées and here are our opinions. The fettuccine Alfredo was totally tasteless and after cooking it for the length of time the chunks of seasoning were not completely dissolved. I squashed against the side of the pot as many of them as I could so as to increase the flavor. Overall, the product tasted terrible, and it did not thicken and had to be eaten out of a bowl because it was so soupy. The creamy vegetables were also soupy and flavorless. We also tried the quick oats with brown sugar and maple, and you could barely taste that there was any brown sugar andthere was definitely no maple flavor. I definitely do not recommend 4 Patriots food products.

I placed an order on 11/01/2023 for a few cents shy of $90 for one of their "specials" and received a confirmation email with a promise that it would ship out within 5-10 business days... Well, it has not... When I try to login to their website to check status, it says "No Orders Found"... I sent them an email with a copy of the confirmation attached and received an automated response with no pertinent information and nothing since... Their supposed 24/7 live chat support is absolutely worthless as it is an artificially stupid bot with no information... I've been promised a callback twice and have yet received one... I stayed on hold for over two hours before I finally gave up... I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company whatsoever!
UPDATE: Even though I never received a call back or an email response, I did finally get a tracking number from UPS on 11/20/2023... This is after they were provoked into an online response via Trustpilot where I, per their instructions, emailed their representative on 11/14/2023 and requested a refund as they had NOT lived up to their promises... Bottom line, if their products are anything like their non-existent customer service, I will probably still end up having to get my bank involved and do a chargeback for fraudulent activity... I have had to undergo this process before for unscrupulous vendors that thought they could just take my money and not provide the product I had paid for with no consequences... They now know better... So, I still would NOT recommend this company to anyone even if they were giving their stuff away for free... I WOULD recommend My Patriot Supply for similar products as they did do as promised and deliver the product(s) as described in a timely manner...

By this time my head was spinning like yours is now. I called
CS again, but they could not do a phone order with PayPal for
A payment method. So, I'm ordering a different gift for 8 of my
Relatives. Problem solved!
