We have received the check for refund from them. They may be too busy to respond or let us know the check was mailed out. Anyway, hope everything is going well with everyone during this difficult time.
Order some masks in Jan 25, although the credit card is charged, they never shipped the items. Requested a refund, and on Nov 9th, they said they will mail the check and they never actually mail it. And today, they are sending out Black Friday promotion email to try to scam more people. Stay away from them and report if possible.
I placed order while item was showing in stock. Waited days to ship as it stated it was processed. When I sent email inquiring about the order they cancelled stating item is out of stock. Poor customer service. If you cannot update inventory online do not have online store. I could have purchased from somebody else.
I purchased hand sanitizer from this company in March and have yet to receive it, even though I've called twice and emailed them. Their phone number is now disconnected. So, I guess I'm out $63. Totally disappointed!
They said they were going to cancel my order since they didn't tell me it takes 8 weeks to ship the item! I receive the item and then ghosted. Luckily I went thru Paypal and got them involved, but when PayPal sided with me, they still charged me return shipping. I tried to fight it and got them to agree to send the label, but they never did. I then went ahead and paid for it which cost me $15, but I got my $160 back. Don't do business with these guys, find another supplier as these are just brokers.
I ordered a medical freezer in May 2020. It was an online purchase paid in full with a credit card. I was emailed in June about it being out of stock and a refund would be issued. I figured at most that would take a month. After reading reviews, which I should've done before purchasing, I had to file a complaint with the BBB-NJ to get a refund. You can't get through on their phone lines to inquire, after the third email to customer service, I gave up. I'm giving 2 stars because I did at least get an email stating the product was out of stock and the fact they did take quick action on the BBB complaint.
PERFECTO2 WITH SENSOR serial no: 191F*******, then: 11FF*******. Over 2 months of desperation. In less than a year, air flow went to a trickle. We paid to send for repair. Returned exactly as sent. Missing filters. We sent it back. Said repaired. They lost in shipping. Deliver a replacement labeled "office. Many phone calls saying low air. Many comments from them that there testing machine said it was in working order. I need oxygen. We finally had to go buy a unit from a reputable company. Told them I give up. My bad. I am out a lot of money. Offered to let them have it back. They told me to trash it. They don't even want them. Needed oxygen. You don't want to gamble your life with their equipment.
Didn't look up the reviews before buying and I regret it.
2 to 3 days is just a gimmick, followed up after 2 weeks and got a response from Jennifer Delpome that 'it would ship by the end of the week'. Never happened and they have stopped replying to emails.
Scamming people on medical supplies is beyond low will be calling 311 to report this scam business.
I ordered a product that was recommended by a surgeon for recovery, found limited availability, and 4MD was one of the few that listed the item. I ordered 11 days ago, heard nothing for a week then I got an email with a tracking number. I've checked the tracking number for the past 4 workdays and it always comes up invalid. I contacted the company by email and phone and never get a response on either.
Clearly they're scamming people. Hopefully, you're reading this before placing an order and not after. Go elsewhere, even if you have to pay more. Better to spend a little more and actually get what you paid for than to save and get nothing. Buyer beware.
Ordered on May 13, on website does not show anywhere about shipping to PO Boxs. Once I found out it was coming FEDEX, contact per computer, no live person due to virus. Gave Jennifer Delpome the correct physical address. Tried twice to see if it was changed. No response. When they did respond they just mention the PO Box. Looked up FEDEX, it was shipped to an old address that i did not even give her. It was delivered to an vacant address. No telling who has the syringes now. Asked for a refund... no response yet.
The listing of the item I ordered claimed to have +10 items in stock and my credit card was charged for the item. I later received an email indicating the item not in stock but when I went to the website it still showed that the item had +10 items.
The product I order was not the product I received. When I called about it they told me that the picture had not been updated and they would send me a product. I had to ask several times about that label. Not until I reported it to my credit card did I get the return label. The return went back to the company that produced the product not the company I purchased it from 4MD and it has been over a month with no refund. I did go direct to the company that they purchased the product from in order to get a different product and they were fabulous to work with.
I ordered a pulse oximeter in March 2020. In May I was told they were out and would not receive it. It is August and I still have not received my refund and it is difficult to reach them. Take your business somewhere else.
I ordered hand sanitizers on March 3 which 4MD showed to be in stock and I finally received half of my order on April 10. I immediately emailed the company and stated I wanted a refund for the part I did not receive since it had been so long to even get the order and I had since been able to get it elsewhere. They replied they would look in to it, but I never received a refund and I haven't heard from them since even though I emailed them a couple more times. Very poor customer service & very upset they didn't give me my refund!
I would have given zero stars but unfortunately that is not an option! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these SCAMMERS! I attempted to 'shop local' for a desperately needed medical item for our physician office. A package that would have been light weight and quick to ship; just like they were quick to charge our card! Here it is 14 days later - NO product, NO emails and they will not even answer the phone! As I am typing this I am currently on hold for customer service for 1 hour, 28 minutes, 11 seconds! I have sent two emails and numerous messages via their online chat system, which of course, is NEVER online. I have not heard anything back from anyone. The website says emails are answered in one day... it has been five since my original email! TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE ethics. LOOK ELSEWHERE for anything you might need!
We have dealt with the same company for years for our skilled division supplies. But that will be changing after finding 4MD. For some time now we have felt as if the past company no longer valued our business. Their pricing was getting out of hand and there was no support to speak of. You cannot call, you must email. But with 4MD I was able to speak with a person (Nicole F) who was knowledgeable about their products and went out of her way to be helpful. And to top it off she was an absolute pleasure to speak with! The cherry on the top was when they actually reduced the price from what was on their site - and without being asked. We will be looking to 4MD first for our medical supplies from this point forward. It's nice to know that customer service isn't dead and that my business really is valuable to someone.
This company is well known for taking customers money and never shipping product. My guess is they do just the bare minimum to keep them from closing down completely. Maybe they're one of those businesses that are only open for a tax write off or to smuggle drugs or something. You know, one of those legit businesses that aren't really legit just for show so the drug dealers can hide their $#*!. I don't know. It's insane though that SO MANY PEOPLE all across the internet have complaints about this company yet nothing changes and they're still open. Bizarre. Child sex trafficking is another thought. Either way stay far far away from this company and it's crooked associates, Jennifer in customer service is an absolute piece of garbage and her manager Eric is probably banging her because after I complained about her to him, she called me immediately after, harassing me. I told Eric the manager about her behavior and his solution was to apologize for how I felt about the matter. LIKE WHAT?!? What kind of $#*! show are they running here lol
I ordered an oxygen concentrator (5 liter) they were offering an open box model with a start up kit and offered free shipping on top of that. The machine was brand new and I have been using it for about a month now with no problems. I feel I have gotten an excellent deal after shopping around
The order placed and paid, supposedly there were stocks. For two months he has been giving me lengths for delivery by changing the date.
Mysteriously 15 days ago they canceled the order without notifying me. They don't return my money until I claim it.
And now it turns out that there are stocks but at double the price.
I ordered several items, paid for the order including their S&H. I get an email that my order has shipped and another email that an item was removed from order because it was discontinued. The item is a national brand and not really discontinued. I checked my order to find out that 2 out of 3 items in my order were removed not one - each with several units count. So the basically 9 items out of 12 were cancelled without any notice before shipping the butchered order or the opportunity to approve or cancel. That is they sending me 3 small items that cost the same as their high shipping charge. No apology - no response. Terrible place.
We bought some medical supplies from 4MD Medical, we didn't received our order complete, they said they were gonna fix it and send the product we were missing, after a week of not contacting us by phone or email to keep us updated we decided to call, we called for 2 days in a row with the second day waiting on the phone for 4 hrs with out anyone answering and just being on hold, we sent an email complaining and they said some one was already working on our case, so far no calls or updates, the is a bad business, don't buy from them, they are awful and just make you waist your time and so far we haven't receive our money back, never buying from them again!
