Excellent customer service! Was going away in February and needed a new collection for the occasion. All items shipped really quickly and only had to return one item due to not fitting, return postage was fairly cheap and so pleased that delivery was free - nothing worse than being charged for delivery! Will definitely be back, thank you 3wishes.com
This shady website with no actual store stealing money from your pocket by not mentioning clearly on the items that they are not eligible for return and exchange! I ordered 2 customers 2 weeks before Halloween and returned them same day I got the items before Halloween. They got back to me with store credit and not my money back to my original payment! The amount was about $170! Do not shop from this website bc they will push you to buy something else with store credit if you return your items!

For years this has been the only place I shop for lingerie and sexy costumes online. They have a great selection, good return/exchange policies (it's lingerie, how generous of a policy do you expect?), and exceptional customer service. Their products run the gambit on quality and are priced accordingly. They do tend to be a little more expensive than others, but, to me, accurate orders, prompt shipping, and helpful staff are worth paying a little extra. I would definitely recommend them to my friends (and have).
