I have just ordered 2 boxes lemonade and 2 boxes shakes. The starter packs I received were good. However when trying the ginger cayenne lemonade I found was too spicy. The milkshakes were good. Prices are a little expensive but if I can lose enough weight, hopefully it will be worth it.
I did auto plan and tried to cancel but was hours late (on vacation). Ok, my bad. Then cancelled and returned following shipment on Feb.21,2023. Got refund May 27,2023. Really? I've tried SO MANY different diet drinks and foods over the years. But this stuff, I Can NOT even drink a half glass. I tried 3 flavors. No way. It's like flavored CHALK. OMG. Good luck getting your money back too! Unsealed items going on Ebay!
First-there is a gritty-like texture even when blended. Second-horrible aftertaste. Lastly the artificial sweetener is awful! Won't be buying again. The 3 I had left went right in the garbage. And what is that round plastic thing that came inside the shaker for? No instructions whatsoever. It also took quite a while to arrive.
Honestly, there are much better products for less out there.
The pack looked promising and i started taking it with my food. Cant say i saw instant result. It's been a month already. Will see
I will never order from this company again I got two orders and was very happy with the product but due to the lack of customer service I will never buy from this company again they lost my order they can't replace my money for two weeks but before this I received to my orders and magically lost my address when I asked to pay for more money for my shipping to come quicker because what's the point of being on a diet without drinking the shakes once a day at least I've been well I shake now for a whole week and they told me that there's no way for me to pay more money for shipping and that I have to wait another week

We strive to provide premier service to our customers; it is our regret to know that we have failed to meet your expectations. As often as we wish we could control the delivery process in its entirety, unfortunately, we cannot as once products depart from our warehouse the delivery is quite literally in the hands of the carrier. When a package is deemed "undeliverable", "stolen", or "lost in transit" there are several actions that must be executed in order to proceed accordingly. Furthermore, once an order has been processed, there is no way for our system to add charges to cover expedited shipping; this option is made available at the time of your order placement.
The refund process is dependent upon your financial institution, thus we may have advised you to allow the standard 7-10 business days (about 2-4 weeks, several factors pending) for your refund to reflect on your bank statement as a credit.

Love the product and just wish you offered other options for faster shipping so I could've paid for 3 day delivery. To go from the West Coast to the East Coast it takes 9 days. Normal I order when I'm down to 1 bag but forgot this time.
I dont like the chocolate very well. I luv the raspberry lemonade and blackberry not the lemon. I do not want to be on an auto matic
Ship. I will order when Ill teady. I got this a wk late it wasnt yalls fault. My postman took it to the wrong house the people who received it took it in their house and left on vacation for a week. I just dont get it. Man the post office was all over them.

I enjoy the shakes. They work well with diet and exercise. However, their customer service is less than desirable. I had an issue with an order and tried to contact them immediately through messenger, which popped up. They took over 24 hours to answer and then told me they couldn't help, no way to change an order after 24 hours. And yet my order didn't ship for almost a week and a half! Disappointing!
I received my order by my cup lid I'd cracked I was missing my lemonade as well. I tried the strawberry meal replacement shake today. Not bad getting kind of hungry but it is my first day & it's coming up on my 03rd hour. Flavor wasn't bad either. I'm excited for my new journey!
Im happy to have received my products. However, you he overall length of time it took to receive the order was very disappointing.
Also, my tea cup is cracked. Somewhere. I cant figure out where. It holds water between the walls.
It's only been a week or so, too soon to see if the product does what it claims to do. Will continue for another couple of weeks then evaluate
Shouldnt have to wait nearly two weeks for delivery. Just ridiculous. I've ordered things from Europe that arrived quicker than that!
I looked forward to trying this product after reading the reviews. I was rather disappointed with the taste. These are not near as tasty as several others I have tried, and I definitely will not be purchasing any more. The tea was ok. The best for actual taste was the packet you add to your water bottle. This was at least comparable to other low calorie water additives. Thank you for having an affordable sample package to be able to try out the product.
I felt like I got a lot for my money in this sample pack. However, I wish that I would have had more of an option in the flavor Department of the protein shakes. I receive strawberry, salted caramel and chocolate I do not like salted caramel (in general). And I wish I could have received a vanilla option. I'm not sure if I want to buy the product from this sample, only because my favorite flavor is vanilla and I have not been able to try it.
I love the 310 Whey Chocolate Shake it has a very smooth taste to it (definitely will be buying more!) but the ONLY downfall of this whole entire thing is that you guys only have one shipping method and that's standard... I was originally suppose to get this on the 12th but when I checked the tracking it changed the date to the 15th... highly upsetting! If you guys had a faster shipping method you would've had 5 stars. Please fix this! We want better shipping options! Thank you.
They mix fine in the blender with ice (I prefer mine a little thicker), but for "natural" I found (especially the salted caramel) overly sweet (less sweet when mixed with milk instead of water). I am trying some other brands now as well to settle (or perhaps mix and match)
Love the product but paying $8 for shipping is outrageous knowing it took a week to get here. Once finally received, I have enjoyed the morning shakes I've made.

With all the rave reviews I was expecting it to be much better.
I ordered the chocolate (only flavor left available in the BOGO 14 serving bag) and was really disappointed that it has little to no chocolate flavor. Im not big into adding things so I was hoping it would be good with just my almond milk. Good texture and I blended it with 5 ice cubes to make it chilled without watering it down. Really wish I could exchange it for Vanilla, wont be opening the 2nd bag because it will probably go to waste since I dont like the flavor.
Fast delivery but I don't particularly like the product. It tastes disgusting. I will not order this product again.

Received vanilla instead of salted caramel shake. Reported mistake on the online chat an a hour later they verified i received the wrong material. They will be shipping me out the salted caramel.
Only downfall is that it ships from the west coast and I am on the east coast.
My last order took 2 weeks to get here.
I actually think that is may have been missed because the order that I placed after this order arrived first. I call customer service and they apologized and shipped it right away.

Delivery took 9 days. You would have to purchase a month supply to avoid any gaps in non-usage. Which means instead of trying it out at $68 a pop to $136 n you havent even tried it out yet. Its chaulky but gonna tough it out. Need faster service.
