So far I have been pleased with the product. I use almond milk, a frozen banana &! 1 tbsp peanut butter. Delicious & filling. Helps curb my cravings.

The shake is very chalky for me. I've added a number of different things to it and can't get passed that chalky taste. Love the "thin" pills

Tea has a smooth flavor not to sweet. Not bitter, i prefer mine chilled. Can leave the sachet in mug all day and still no bitter taste.

I order the shake strawberry and salted caramel and got them ahead of time. They do help me with my cravings. The taste is not bad.
