Website is a joke when it comes to their courier service. My package was received 2 weeks after scheduled date. Their customer service was only friendly up to the point where they needed to get something out of me and when I expressed my lack of satisfaction with their useless courier / postal service and also waste of my time sending emails back and forth and getting a refund just to recieve my items LATE and then having to send a re-payment to never hear from them again after I sent a complaint. They offered a joke amount of 15% voucher at the start which is 5% more than their sign up. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Trust more reliable and popular k beauty online stores (do your research) as I accidentally found this through an online ad without realising that there were no reviews online and NO online presence. They only pretend to care about their customers when in reality profits are no. 1
