Wtf? They don't even have the kind of cigarettes I smoke. You know, REGULAR Marlboro Menthols... why wouldn't they carry something so common? Ah well, whatever.

Super site to buy from! They're staffed by real people who understand it when a problem arises and if it does, they're back to you with a response within 24 hours and the solution is to your satisfaction.
I've only had one problem with an order - which for some reason was returned to them. I contacted them, they investigated, re-shipped it at their expense, and I had it within about 8 days... much faster than what the site indicates which is up to something like 21 days.
Packages always arrive in good shape - unlike some where it looked as if it had been manhandled by a team of ham-handed gorillas.
And, while some people might complain about the shipping charges, have you looked at what other sites charge? How about up to $10 for a carton of smokes? Remember, this is a package coming from overseas, so you can expect it to cost more than if you were shipping something from New York to California. In comparison to what some of the other sites charge, they're charging next to nothing.
This is one site which deserves your repeat business.
All my cigarettes were delivered safe and sound, and what is the most important, in time. By the way, they don't take any extra fees not indicated in shopping card, which I faced in another online store. They provide a highly professional service which I enjoy.
I want to put forward my suggestion to the SiteJabber Team to remove some comments. It looks as though the website owners are abusing the SiteJabber's system to gain reputation. I also noticed a SiteJabber Logo on their site, has this been approved?
I recommend that no one buys products from them. The saying goes - when something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I think that applies to this website. I haven't seen cigarettes sold for $27.00 in a long time. Not in Australia at least. But here is a security concern. The payment page is "http://secure.2000cigs.com/cart.aspx". This is what scammers use to trick their potential customers. As you can see - the page is NOT secure. A secure page would begin with HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) instead of HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol).

I really like this site. The products are shipped in a timely fashion and they let you know they've been shipped. The products are fresh. The site communicates well with it's customers and there's no reason for me to look for another site that sells the same product. I am very satisfied and will continue to do business with them.

We wouldn't buy from anyother site. Always the best deals too. I'n not personally the smoker here, but my husband sees no difference in taste than our expensive USA cigs. So... We really hope this site stays open. I personally tell everyone i know about it.
