Great experience start to finish. I found the exact couch my husband and I had been eyeballing in store at a much more affordable price! It shipped and arrived as expected - although a little difficult to track while in transit if you like to know a day-by-day status. I had to contact support upon delivery and my issue was resolved within the hour. I would 100% recommend and would buy from 1StopBedrooms again.
My purchase was completely online. I read the detailed specifications, options, delivery dates, etc. Many other sites have same brand and style for equal or less than 1Stop Bedrooms. However, customer satisfaction was definitely worth shopping here. Delivery was on time as stated, my bedroom set was set up very quick and with care! I ordered 2 identical chairs that are beautiful! Received the 1st one. Received a call on the 2nd one for delivery but never received. Come to find out no longer in stock. Very disappointed. Sales man Charlie was very helpful in finding a match, that has an updated warning system. I will receive my 2nd chair in a couple of weeks. Thank you to the great salesman. I would give a 5 star rating if not for the some what rude people who answered the phone when I inquired about where the 2nd chair was.
I was pleased with my order and delivery experience although I did get a text that the item needed to go ground and there was a $29 add'l charge. This was understandable when the item arrived and was 250 pounds. We had to remove it from the box piece by piece to get it in the house. Very simple to assemble and beautiful once in place. Everything was great! The only hitch was that I received two longer G8 screws instead of the two short G7 screws meant to fill the holes on the top of the bookcase and headboard. Other than that, it went okay. Just an added thought, make sure to show on the instructions which side of the wood planks 8 needs to face out. That part is a bit confusing.

I just placed my order a few days ago, I was worried about shipping but after speaking to customer service they assured me shipping would be speedy. I will update more once we receive our new couch.
Love the piece I received from 1stopbedroom. Have also ordered entire bedroom suite last Fall and it is absolutely beautiful. The prices are so much better to other places. The only reason for 4 stars is because I did have to wait 2 months for delivery but once I got it …it was worth it.
The ordering process was very easy, no hidden fees. The set I wanted was on back order from the manufacturer and many other big furniture stores, I was able to call here and verify they actually had it in stock (like the website said) and it was cause they have their own distribution center! The price was amazing too! I've had to call a few times to ask questions and customer service always answers quickly and is able to answer any questions I had with ease, they are very friendly and reassuring. I had never ordered here before, so I asked a lot of questions lol. Shipping time is estimated about 3 weeks from my order which is way better than everyone else I considered, other places were saying up to 14 weeks! I haven't received my order yet but will update to 5 stars when I do. I also am getting my order delivered in home, so we don't have to worry about carrying the heavy sofa set inside. I am very pleased and excited so far!

Although the bed arrived 10 days later than the arrival window, it was well packaged and in good condition. I had to contact 1StopBedroom customer service numerous times regarding the late arrival and they were always professional and did the research. I was promised threshold delivery by a customer service rep during one of the phone calls and was told that I would not be getting that, but they did go back and listen to the recording and stood by the promise. The process was a bit of a hassle but I would recommend the company because they did resolve all issues and have a good product assortment.
