This was the first time I had ever shipped such a large item (motorcycle), across the United States. I wanted my purchase as soon as possible, the first company I tried said it would be 8 to 10 weeks at a much higher price. 1aamotorcycles online let me pick the pickup date and a delivery date of 7to10 days there after, it arrived day 9 At my front door in excellent shape. Great communication, tracking, and excellent dispatch communications, I would refer to a friend.
Shipping costs were very competitive. Crew picking up the motorcycle seemed to know what they were doing with respect to securing the motorcycle. AA should advise customer when sub-contracting the work, and updating the customer as to schedule changes. Important - try to be more accurate in delivery schedule. CSR was very helpful to ensure pick-up was made on time, and helped to schedule meeting at destination. It was nice to have the on-line trace ability to track shipment. CSR - Nichole, Tacoma, Wa was awesome to assist in final delivery schedule and timing of meet.
Great price and one call! They did the rest. One week later my babies arrived (in great condition). One of my bikes was a chopper that pushed the envelope of length. They had no issues and gave me a multi bike discount. Great customer support and fast shipping!
The service of transporting my bike was great. The only change I'd recommend is that if your bike makes it to the destination earlier than expected you should be able to receive it when it arrives to the location and not wait another 48 hours to receive it.
We were vacationing in Florida and my husband saw a Harley Davidson motorcycle that he wanted so we bought it and had it shipped to our home in Northern New York and was extremely happy with the service we got and also with the price for shipping was around $300.00 cheaper then anywhere else. We would recommend this shipping company to anyone we were extremely satisfied.
I was very pleased with AA1motorcycles in getting my 1200 to me. Since i was not in a rush for the bike to get here, the price was very low. If i picked up the bike, it would have cost more,,and thats just in fuel, thats not counting eats, motel,wear and tear on my pickup and my time.i also liked the "track your shipment"button they have on their web site,its like being informed.
Overall great service. The shipper did tie straps across my front mudguard, which rubbed through my clearcoat paint. That had to be repaired. So make sure when they come to pickup and crate your bike, they don't put straps across painted surfaces.
Nice job with these guys. Wasn't much to think about. I made the payment and the trucker showed up at my door. He was gone within an hour. Caught my flight to South Carolina and picked up my bike. Got on the road and went back home to TX.

I have used another company in the past on two occasions and the delivery date was missed by two weeks on one occasion leaving me wonder when my motorcycle would show up. 1AA Motorcycle shipping was extremely professional picked up the bike as promised and delivered the bike two days before the expected delivery date. Their tracking system is in real time another plus and when I called to inquire on status they were extremely helpful and professional. If you are shipping a bike then these are the people to use and I only wish I had used them before. Like their name 1AA service only I would give them a triple AAA rating! Great service very friendly and professional people.
Shipped my chopper from california to texas. I was able to drop it off at the terminal in los angeles and has it picked up. 1st time shipper here. Shipping the chopper was a piece of cake and I was informed of the updates.
It was a great experience, it was picked up on time and deliver exactly the day they promised. Great service and the Motorcycle was not harmed in any way. I will use them again if I need to ship my motorcycle in the future.
I was very pleased with the entire experience of shipping my motorcycle, basically, I just handed it off to the two men, they lifted it into the truck, skidded it, tied it down and off it went. It arrived on time and looking as perfect as it did when I handed it to them. Very professional job in my opinion.
I was very pleased with how quickly the pickup was scheduled and actually picked up by the carrier. The delivery schedule was also accurate and satisfactory even though it was the week of Christmas. Happy with service. Motorcycle was picked up within a couple of days of scheduling and delivery several days later in a reasonible time frame. I felt cost was also reasonible. I liked the fact that you can go to there website and find out the status of where the trucker is and when they'll be delivering the motorcycle.

My motorcycle was delivered right on schedule and with no damage. And, their price was less than their competitors. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others. Perfect job.
Service was good my bike got to me in Seattle in just a few days from New York. The bike received a couple of small scratch's around a shroud on the front fork, not a tough fix just need to order some paint and do some sanding. My experience overall was good, I would recommend 1AA motorcycles to my friends.
My bike was not picked up on the date it was scheduled to be and I received no phone call telling me what the problem was or that the truck wasn't coming. My bike arrived safe and sound but there was no paperwork left with it. I am still waiting to get said paperwork so I can mail in my delay/inconvenience form
I bought a motorcycle over the internet and needed it shipped to my house. It was cheaper to have it shipped than to buy a plane ticket and pay gas all the way back. Good job to the team there. No problems here.
Would of been nice, to have received where, when bike was in route and approx when delivery date? Got call that would arrive about 3 hours ahead, and GPS took him wrong, called for directions, here very shortly, so very much in line with time told for delivery...Neighbor had to use board for front wheel of bike, as too wide for the ramp of trk, should of had that equipment to use for unloading, however, we had enough help for the driver, driver very nice
