My partner ordered a $75 package expecting aanexperience as advertised—flowers, chocolates, and a cake, just like the pictures showed. What I received was nothing short of shocking.

They sent a cheap, $5 cake that was completely different from the one in the photos. No flowers, no chocolates—just the cake, and even that was subpar. It was clear no effort was made to match what was promised.

This feels like a complete rip-off. If you're thinking of ordering, save your money and go somewhere else. False advertising and poor service!

I order rakhi from them to delivered on 16th and they showed me the date and this can be done and also they took the delivery fee for that however its more then 3days still no status of the order and its still no delivered

Poor customer support: they will never reply you so dont play with you money

I have ordered a chocolate cake and dozen roses for my mom who is in USA on the occasion of Mother's Day. They gave me the shipment number and order number but when I tried to track the delivery it show it is shipped but no status of tracking. The order was not delivered and the customer support team remains silent and ignorant they are not responding anything related to the order. The reviews in their website are bluffing the people. This is not a genuine platform to order.

They didn't send what we had ordered. Only 50% item they sent to my recipient. The main purpose of parcel was only to send friendship bracelet but recipient didn't get bracelet. And even delivered to somewhere else lots of followup did to get that parcel.

I have recommended this Site to my sister for sending birthday gift to her daughter. She has placed the order on Feb 11th. She placed the Chocolate Cake and Dozen mix Roses Bouquet. The order is dispatched on Feb 12th, but they delivered only Cake and which is not Chocolate Cake. They haven't even informed through Email or even while dispatching even it's asked about Bouquet, but the delivery person said only Cake. It could have been informed at least through Email or some sort of notification while delivery in case if specific ordered item is unavailable. They just ignored. This is not customer oriented site, these guys are so careless Nothing was communicated, so irresponsible in providing service to customers.
I have called them on Feb 14th to check and Support team simply said since Roses are unavailable, hence not delivered.
I was so disappointed with their service... and I will never and ever recommend this site to anyone.

If you are in Canada sending to Australia, do not order any Wine Baskets. I ordered the Deluxe Wine Basket as a surprise for my daughter's birthday. Surprise was that the delivery company - Bloomex, forgot to put in the wine! (convenient?) Only compensated small amount for this ridiculous error. Not trustworthy experience! Will not go through this company again. I picked them based on previous reviews. Big mistake

Charged me 6500 rs for cake to USA. They did not deliver the cake and did not inform sender. Cheats!

I ordered a birthday cake for my sister who is in Germany, to surprise her‍‍‍
Delivery date was supposed to be on 14/07/2021, so I was sure that my sister is at home.
The cake was delivered a day earlier, when nobody was home! No card was left for further information regarding the pack station code.
My sister was home all Wednesday and nobody called or texted her!
When I texted 1800giftportal they sent the delivery tracking link. I tried to call the number on the website which was out of order! I sent an email when they replied that is was out of their control and if has to be delt with locally! I was busy at work dealing with this and felt so frustrated and upset.
Instead of surprising my sister, I gave a headache to both of us!
So the next day, my sister had to wait in a long que to contact the dhl team and ask for the pack station code!
She finally got the cake 2 days after her Birthday! Plenty of hours spent and all the joy of feeling special on her birthday was ruined.
I am extremely upset about the service. Totally inefficient, irresponsible and non professional.
If they could have sent it on the date requested, none of these would have happened…

I ordered 24 stem red roses and big ferrero box chocolates to Pensilvalnia instructed clearly on the order form to deliver items on 10th july early morning. 10th july is a Saturday, they charged me extra delivery charges too for both items. I ordered these things on july 4th july ie 6 days before the delivery date. After placing the order, i tracked that through the phone number mentioned in the order form and that was never answered and in the whatsup chat, they are sending rude and irritating messages, when we asked for details of delivery.Iam very particular about the date 10th july bse of my partners birthday, and thats why i paid extra delivery charges for that day. Surprisingly the chocolates was delivered on 9th evening at 5.19pm and that was not the committed date. Then on 10th duly the flowers was not delivered on early morning as committed. Then i got a message that, it will be delivered between 10 am and 1pm. But the delivery team put the flowers somewhere in the corner of the house without informing the recipient even if direct hand delivery was committed. On around 4pm recipient saw the item and when opened the received flowers is not red and without any gift messages mentioned by me in the order form. Actually speaking this 1800 gift portal spoiled my celebration and excitment of day. My one week effort end up in disaster. Very poor service and rude behaviour too. Never trust this company. So iam moving legally about this issues.

Bought flowers for Australia from the US My flowers were beautiful and were delivered on the right on time. Love them!

Found the perfect help needed for last minute delivery to Australia. Cake was awesome. And delivery within 3 hours was spectacular! Good job guys!

False promises to deliver on time which never happened. Charged extra to deliver on time which was never delivered. Very expensive site.

So far I have used 1800giftsportal thrice to deliver gifts in Australia.
1. Birthday cake- they notified about the change in flavor and type of cake 5 hours before the delivery time since the one that I ordered wasn't available. The one that was delivered should have been definitely cheaper than the one ordered but no return or apology.
2. Rakhi- The main rakhi was the same but the sweets and accessories were changed.
3. Men's grooming kit- ordered the nautical kit shown on the website but they delivered Nivea kit without even informing about the reason for the change. Even after constant emails and requests, they never requested.
