I have been ordering equipment from 800 and so when they had an issue re: a prescription - WTF. Why a prescription for headgear/mask?
The product Rio II was well priced and an excellent replacement for a ResMed mask. May I suggest that when one knows the size of the nasal pillow, one should be able to get three of the size required instead of three different sizes. Sadly, two of them will be thrown away.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
