I was rather harsh in my first review of this company, the gift arrived on the 12th January, 2 days after its expected delivery, The Birthday gentleman loved the chocolates, I was unaware that most of France shuts down on Mondays, which could have been a reason for delayed delivery. The fault was at the French end. I would use this company again, they did contact me by email, which I appreciated. Gifting to France - please be aware of this fact and order in plenty of time!

They are really very good at gift delivery I must say. I selected wrong delivery date I asked to change the delivery date and they changed it just a day before the delivery. They also gave good discount.

I had ordered an orchid plant to be delivered to my son and daughter in law on the 21st December as it was their wedding anniversary. I was told that it was left on the porch of their building as they were not at home. The delivery person did not even call them to tell them that the gift was delivered. However they have not received the gift ant the customer support persons are not replying to my chat on WhatsApp or my phone calls

I have ordered a choclate cake and they delivered mud cake, they charged me around 3700rs and delivered a cake which is of 2700rs. When i contacted they are unavialable, the worst service i have seen till now. What is the use of returning remaining amount when u have already ruined the cake. I will not suggest not to buy from them, as this is how they cheat people.
Ordered flower bouquet for my sister's 15 th anniversary. They lingered the order for two days. Only when I poked they were saying they are yet to receive confirmation from their foreign counterpart. One day after my sister's anniversary ended, they said there is florist issue so order is cancelled. Ultimately I couldn't send anything to my sister. They have pathetic service. Don't ever try. They will ruin your emotions.
Order Rakhi to my brother in USA. Product to be delivered by 30/07/2020. But reached on 11/08/2020.The Gulabjamun which was sent has expired on21/01/2020. They shipped a sweet expired in January in the month of July. No proper response given on delayed delivery or expiry. Worst portal
I received Rakhi gift along with sweets sent by sister from India. I received product on July21 and soan papdi is already expired since March 2020.

Images shown do not resemble to actual delivery. We ordered chocolates worth Rs360 and it was shown for Rs997 to Bangalore delivery. Expired product is delivered. This is complete fraud. Want to raise a complaint in cosumer court against this. Please do not even consider this site for ordering gifts to your loved ones. Wanted to give half star but it could not get worse than 1star here at review.
I ordered a flower vase arrangement to b delivered in San Dieogo a day prior and the entire team worked well to make it possible the next day. The deputed executive was polite and helped till last until the flowers got delivered. Thanks to the entire team for bringing smiles on the face of my loved ones.
I had ordered for get well soon flowers to be delivered in USA for my husband because I am currently in India. I scheduled it to be delivered before his surgery so he can see the flowers and enjoy it since it was his eye surgery and it would be bandaged for two days. They do did not send the order as scheduled. They do not answer phone they do not answer WhatsApp in a timely manner they do not and answer email in a timely manner. I will not be using their services anymore
I ordered red velvet birthday cheese cake but they delivered some random cake and for that I paid 5700 rs... They totally disgusting people and on customer care number no one can take the call... Pathetic service and they are running fraud gift portal... Plz don't rely on them
The worst service EVER extremely unprofessional I order a cake & chocolate for my fiance's birthday and they delivered it a day late, didn't deliver the message properly, and picked up some random cake from a store WITH THE STICKER PRICE ON IT! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional worst service ever would never recommend this place I regret it what a waste of money they are just trying to rip people off charging high prices and they deliver a cake WITH THE PRICE ON IT AS A GIFT for Gods sake who does that!
Paid some 4500 INR for premium delivery and then too they got the delivery wrong and then they asked extra rupee to redeliver
