First of all, the product itself is exactly as described. I have had no issues at all using it. The only reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is because I could not locate where to download the control software. Maybe I missed something, but I had to locate on their website through the help section. All other aspects of purchase and product are positive. Would buy from again.
Why offer next day or 2 day service for shipping if it takes over a week to fulfill the order and then you send it next day air. Will never order from them again. Absolutely useless people who deserve a 0 star rating
Vincent De Los Reyes e-mailed me and said my product was not available. He would substitute another type at no extra charge. I called. I e-mailed. I got no response. Order # SO-*******. Very dissatisfied.
Speedy response with a plausible answer to the question. Need to maintain expertise on older products for those who do not update every time a new model comes out.

If you want me to place a review let me put as many characters as I please into it, Requiring 50 characters from a voluntary form will not get you the results you are looking for so take that into consideration when designing these response forms. I should take away a star for the arrogance and I certainly wont make the mistake of responding to a request for a review from this site again.
My router went down in the middle of a critical time. They rushed me a new one after I had called support and it was deemed defective. I had a label in my email within seconds of my call. This item is hard to get so I appreciate that gesture and do not normally post reviews but this was a good thing so here goes. The router was in stock there so they shipped it before I had it in the mail.

Positive experience I assumed that the output of the transformer I bought would be a 1/8" plug, not just screw terminals. You sent me a plug & cord. It works fine.

Order form was easy to fill out. I think this is the third one of these alertors I have had. We keep it on a tree down just inside our gate so if anyone or anything comes in we know it. Our dogs and a cat we had quickly learned what it meant and would run to the window to see what is coming whenever it goes off.

Well listed web-site. But the security DVR that I bought with cameras stopped working. Althought their web helpers were on-point, their web-site is confusing as to how to get a repair done and the way the product is sent in. Had to do several e-mails to them to get a clearer understanding. Then, their automated systems kept sending me e-mails that if I didn't get the requirements met in 3 days, my repair would be stopped and I may have to pay a fee to get the repairs. The service personnel told to ignore those automated e-mails, that I had done everything properly. My DVR was returned, repaired, but the experience with the automated e-mails upset me.

Besides of the good prices, don't bother to deal with them - they don't care about any problem, no matter how you do ask and they won't fix any issues. But sadly they lie a lot over the phone...
I ordered parts on Febr. 14th, items came in incomplete. No reply for emails and you have to chase the sales rep (Jesse) for days to get a hold on him on the phone. If he has a bad day, he simply yells at you and hangs up the phone. If you complain to Karen (manager), she promises everything and she never calls back. She never did actually and she never fixed any problems.
I also received duplicate item, instead of the part i really needed to complete the order.
Finally i cancelled the order for the missing parts and instead of replying to my email, they simply sent the missing items out...
Today is 3/6/2017 and i still missing items, one they simply left out of the original order (but i paid for it), the other just "didn't yet ship form the supplier"
No comment, the most ridiculous company i've ever seen.
Stay far away, i have all the proves i just said above.

One of the worst companies, I sent a number of emails no response, call you get a recording telling you they get back to you, good luck. After 11 days waiting for a tracking number I open a case with PayPal. To get my money back. Think and think again before you buy anything from this company. Wasted my time, I have no idea how there are in Business.
I never received my order nor a confirmation of shipment 3 weeks later! Even after I wrote twice. The short snarky remarks of what I should have been told right away were very unprofessional. You will sit and wait for an order and they will not update you as they claim. Its not worth the couple bucks you may save. Shop elsewhere
I chatted with a representative about whether a product I wanted was in stock. She told me "We just got three in." I placed my order right away, but they never fulfilled it, though they charged me right away. When I complained, I was told they were waiting on a delivery. After six e-mails back and forth, I was finally able to cancel the order.
I asked if they have my equipment in stock and Amy put me on hold and then said yes, it will ship tomorrow. A week later I called and she tells me they arrived from the factory today.? Then gave me the story it's in shipping and will go out today. When I call again she tells me it is shipped. A week later I finally get a notice it has shipped today? It is now hard to tell when it will arrive because the tracking number does not work, I paid extra for fast delivery.
Thought that there would be free shipping on an item this expensive. I was also hoping that they would be able to offer some type of limited tech support. I was connected to another extension, no one picked up, voice mail said that it was Activision, which was confusing. I left two messages, never received any type of follow up. I also called the manufacturer (Everfocus), was on hold for over 30 minutes, no one ever answered.

I called many times and never received refund. Customer service not helpful and actually rude. As of today 12-15-2020 I had no other choice than disputing the charge with my credit card. Horrible company and customer service.
