Delivery was not next day - in fact delivery was not at all...

After chasing the item several times, and getting fed up I cancelled the order and requested a refund.

Absolute joke that I was told that a refund would not be processed until the product was returned.

This is now in the hands of my credit card company to obtain a refund.

If you want an easy transaction - I suggest you buy elsewhere.

I recently ordered a tv wall bracket for my 42 inch flat screen tv. The bracket arrived when stated, very good quality and would buy from them again.
