Purchase a bracket through Paypal for my Sony TV, they sent me one that was, in their words, 'guaranteed to fit'. Guess what, it didn't! Tried to return it but they refused to refund me until I had sent it back to them at my cost! This is actually illegal, which they didn't seem to care about when I pointed it out to them.
Just be aware that if you have any problems with your purchase they will do everything they can to avoid helping you out. Will never deal with them again.

Purchased 2 Professional medium length rotating tilting ceiling bracket - large (Model number: C354BBLK) for 55" Samsung monitors. Brackets were easy to setup and all fixings included within kit. Very strong brackets allowing tilt, swivel and height adjustment if required.

123 Brackets advertised a bracket for my Tv that it claimed would fit - it was no where near the right size as I discovered once the bracket arrived. I then had to return this heavy bracket at a cost of £6 via Hermes. I could have chalked it up to experience but when I requested the £6 they would not refund me as the shop had only given me the Hermes ticket and not a reciept. They had recieved the bracket and I assume they are aware of how much it costs to send them but they were not willing to overlook this detail in considderation of their role in causing the whole time and money wasting experience. Knowing what I know now I would not use 123 Brackets again.

We have placed a few orders with 123 brackets within the last few months. There is never any problem with order or delivery, the problems come after that. You have to request to be sent an invoice for your order which is fine - until you're told you have to wait up to 10 working days for them to be send via post!? I don't understand why i takes so long or why they 'don't have facilities' to e-mail or fax invoices in this day and age?!

Also it's frustrating that no one within the company seems to like answering the phone or the emails you send. Even when they do answer sometimes they are not helpful at all.

All in all they're hard to get hold of and behind the times. If it was up to me i would not use the company again - it's just too much hassle.

I have recently purchased a bracket for my TV and I did the checks to make sure that the size and weight were ok (which supposedly they were) after hanging my TV the worse happened and it fell from the wall damaging causing bad damage. When I spoke the customer service they seemed to be keen to help at first but I soon found out after many back and forth emails that this was just a stalling technique and was planning to fob me off all along. Not only did they not take any responsibility for the poor standard but would not consider giving back any money despite there 30 day money back guarantee! Each to there own if you use them but I have had a very bitter experience with them! Also they state you have to have these hung by a professional which is fair enough but they don't seem to shout about it when they are trying to get your money in the first place.

A sales assistant recommended a particular bracket for my TV. On arrival it clearly was not appropriate. I called and a very helpful assistant told me that his colleague had got it wrong, told me to return the bracket for a full refund including postage. All calls in and out of our office are recorded. He told me the correct bracket, it arrived and worked. Now things went wrong: A woman called Jessie wrote saying that they would not refund postage and that she didn't care that the company manager had ordered her to make the refund. She also said she didn't care that our phone recording system proved that sales had recommended the wrong bracket! 45 emails later she was overruled by Visa who deducted the full refund from 123 Brackets. So if you come across Jessie, who simply ignores the facts and doesn't give a damn about customers or consumer law, you are in for a long slog.

Brought bracket for my 40" sony which was being moved to a new play room. Strong quality bracket and very easy to install especially with the built in spirit level

Will be using again shortly, fully reommended
