Beware when buying through Amazon. They charge shipping both ways if returned. Also charge 15% restocking fee. I returned 2 tires cause their own web site was not clear on the price. Bottom line I have 0 tires and I am out $200 in total
Terrible service and don't know current specs of cars. Fitments are off and won't call you back to help out. Scam outfit and Steve and his team won't help out. Buyer beware. They force you to remove parts off your car to have wheels properly fit. Stay away!

Even Kal Tire will refund the difference up to 30 days after your order if you find a better price. 1010Tires told me they won't, why would anyone buy from a place that charges way more than their competitors.
Was attempting to purchase 4 tires for my truck from this vendor, site advertises free shipping with the purchase of 4 tires... great I was buying 4 tires. Still charged $219.04 for shipping, called and was told I can pay the shipping and dispute the charge with the customer service and they would review the claim for a possible refund... ummmmm site is specific under the terms stating 4 tires purchased at the same time and shipping is free, cs person even confirms that website states this but they are unable to honor their advertisement. BUYER BEWARE! $980+ of product and free shipping is a pipe dream. Scammers.
The 2 guys at the store, Steve and John were awesome. They need to find a new company to work for though. Head office staff incompetent. SOFIA AND MIKE were not a pleasure to deal with. Hope you dont ever need a refumd or credit. They will rip you off.
I had issue with one set of wheels-tire.
The wheels would not fit the car even if I had specified wich one it was during the order... which was strongly recommended to avoid misfits!
After a lot of arguing, I had to put the tires on wheels around my place and ship them the wheels back (at their costs) and it took them 4 weeks to issue a refund, on the wheels only. They never refunded the installation even if they said they would after I requested it (prior to returning the wheels) because I had to pay for new wheels and to have the tires installed... again.
I have to say that I ordered from them before and never had issue... but I wont do business with them anymore because if anything goes wrong...
I try to cancel my order 12 hours after I ordered. Because I changed my mind.
I call them and they told me the only way I can do is through email.
Then I send a cancellation email to 1010 in the early morning. But they don't reply right away. And they reply after few hours with my shipment number.
So I call them again. And they said they are from Ontario, my order shipping from BC, so they transfer my phone to BC. When I talking with the BC guy, he said he will transfer me to the right department. Then he transfers me BACK to Ontario... And the Ontario guy transfers me BACK to BC...
I go through this over and over...
In the end, they told me a refund/ return only can do it through email with their manager.
So I send another email again. THEY REPLY TO ME RIGHT AWAY THIS TIME!
And said, " we thought we ship it out within 24hour you will be happy, but not."
And told me since it's shipped out, nothing they can do now!
They did not even try to help to cancel my order.
BAB EXPERIENCE!
I ordered a set of tires which shows in stocks when place the order. After waiting over a week and longer than any other shop which is unacceptable, then got a call said they have no more stock and offered a higher priced tires and PROMISED will be at the shop in 3days. Now again, they called me again the day before that the tires won't be here for another 5days and tell me un-polite to wait for it or cancel the order, then hung up the phone. THERE ARE SO MANY BUSINESS OUT THERE AND DON'T THINK ANY CUSTOMER SHOULD BE RUDE BY FACING THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had issue on refund from them. The wheels shipped were a mismatch.

Our refund policy states: The refund will be calculated based on the price of the product only, less freight charges both ways, and less a 15% re-stocking fee. The issue of concern is regarding tax for the freight back. Although a special arrangement was made for the freight back for you, if you were to ship the tires back yourself with a shipping carrier, you would still need to pay tax on the shipment.
