1000Bulbs

I was looking for the perfect landscape lighting to fit my nautical-themed outdoor kitchen, and found these. They are absolutely perfect for the space and were very reasonably priced. Only issue is that one of the lights was missing a bulb, and I wasn't able to find it on the 1000Bulbs website so I contacted Customer Service. At first, they were going to send me an entire replacement light (which wasn't necessary at all!) but eventually was able to source a bulb from the manufacturer. Why a website calling itself "1000Bulbs" would need to scramble to find a replacement bulb is odd, but at least they found one for me. That was on the 17th of June. Today's the 25th and I haven't heard anything further, so I'll wait a bit longer to see if 5 stars are warranted.

I purchased 100 of your SHL-5WC7CL C7- Clear- LED lights in four- 25 packs. I was using glass, 7 watt bulbs and they always would break or get the lines hot and blow a fuse. These new, plastic LED bulbs only use. 58 watts but give off the light of 5 watts. The old lights 'maybe had a life of 1,600 hrs. The new plastic bulbs have a life expectancy of 60,000 hrs which means I should never have to replace the bulbs! I have attached pictures but they don't do justice to the glow and atmosphere that these lights give the pool area at night. I highly recommend going to these bulbs!

Trying to find the type of bulb we needed for our hospital lobby wasn't an easy task. Most of the ones I found were very expensive, and limited in supply. I'm so glad I kept looking for reasonably priced bulbs, because what I paid at 1000Bulbs was 1/3 the price of what other places were going to charge! I could also order as many bulbs as I wanted! Service and shipment was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

I could no longer order this size bulb from anywhere! (36" fluorescent) the other light bulb website wanted me to order a huge box, and the local locations of the large home improvement stores never have them in stock. I don't want to tear out the light fixture just to change the bulb size to suit the retailers availability of bulbs. I was so happy that I found 100Bulbs.com. The day they arrived I had just gotten the shipping confirmation. No more dark office for me :) and with the LED I will save a few bucks on my electric bill. Thank you!

This was my first order with this company. I placed the order on a Tuesday. Site says quick delivery and I had to pay for the shipping. I called 3 days later on Friday and was told, were so busy we will get to your order as soon as we can. Could not even tell me when it would be shipped. Nor was i offered any credit for the shipping delays. I called on Monday and was told the same thing - that it should be going out on Monday but they are so busy, they cant make promises. The box arrived in ohio on Friday 8 business days later.

I ordered $100 worth of 60 watt incandescent A19 light bulbs to have on hand, since they are about to be discontinued and I have a health problem that is exacerbated by the flickering of other types of lights, When they arrived, I put them on a shelf for future use but discovered when I needed one a few days ago that they aren't the standard 60-watt bulbs but are much, much dimmer--too dim to use in my lamps. Apparently, it's because they are 277 volts, which means something to electricians but meant nothing to me looking at the website--silly me thought that all 60-watt bulbs were the same brightness. I called customer service about returning them, but she said she couldn't help me because I was over the 30-day period for returns, even though the bulbs have never been unpacked and are still in the original shipping box surrounded by foam peanuts. It's not like light bulbs are perishable or clothing I might have worn. Instead, the company has my $100, and I am stuck with light bulbs I'll never use. Customer service told me the return policy was on the website (so I am out of luck).

I ordered a large quantity of bulbs to replace all fluorescent bulbs in our warehouse. The representative (Kristen Sloan) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me to order the correct bulbs and arranged expedited shipping. They arrived when promised. This was a perfect transaction and I will be a repeat customer.

I recently contacted 1000Bulbs with the intention of ordering replacement bulbs for some decorative lighting on a building. I browsed through their website, but wasn't confident I knew exactly what to order. I called and talked with salesperson Erin; she asked a few questions and then immediately knew what bulbs I needed. Within minutes, I had placed and paid for my order, and the product arrived two days later. I have a 1970's house with 6' fluorescent tube bulbs in the kitchen. The dreaded flicker and slow death started so looked for more. No one has them in store anymore. Ordered from Lowes and the order cancelled. Found 1000Bulbs in a search and even with the shipping cost, my bulbs were still almost half off any of the majors online. So great a price, I bought a case of 15! A perfect fit for the Phillips brand bulbs, not a knockoff, and The kitchen is brighter than it has been in years! I am a happy camper!
